Went in on Saturday to look around. 1st time in the store, and they were busy. Everyone was very nice going out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The manager even said he would go to his warehouse if we found something that was in his other warehouse. Will shop here again

My husband and I traveled from Linton to purchase a new washer and dryer. We decided to check out Appliance Factory because a friend of mine told me they had some good deals on washers and dryers. The store was very busy, which is to be expected for a Saturday afternoon. We checked out the selection of washers and dryers and found a nice set that we were wanting to buy. All of the employees were very busy with other customers, which we had no problem with waiting on someone to help us. We decided to leave when we noticed what we believed to be a manager standing by the front door playing on his cell phone and just standing there, while all of the other employees and the other taller manager were very busy helping out each customer, he did not once ask if anyone needed any help and he would not even answer the phone which was ringing off of the hook. At that point we decided to leave and check out Best Buy and Lowes. And we purchased a new set from a different store.
