Stopped here today for lunch walked inside cahier asked what I wanted and when I started to tell her my order she just walks away like I wasn't even talking. Will not be back to this location.

The manager over this store was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly (kind and patient with my elderly Mom). She seems to be an excellent employee in this position! Restaurant was very clean. It's difficult to find a food establishment in which you can say so much good about. For the menu at Arby's it was done well.

My chicken sandwich was good! Nice and hot. The roast beef was good as well. The wait in the drive thru line was horrible. I waited over 15 minutes. The manager was at the window. She handed me the bag. I said.. here’s the money. She waved her hand and said .. I got it. No apology for the wait. No nothing. I just left. Disappointed? Yes!

We usually eat here often no problems, but today 8.9.24 was the worst experience. Started as soon as we walk in the door, all the younger people are standing at the register while an elderly lady was on her hands and knees with a scrub brush scrubbing the floor. A girl I believe her name was Cassie was really snoody with multiple customers one of which asked for the managers number and the employees made a whole scene. Won’t be back for a while

I use to work here. Don't go here. We get yelled at for making sandwiches the way you expect. Sometimes we would short almost a whole ounce your all being shorted on product your buying because everyone there is more worried about bonuses then the actual customer. Managers are god awful and lazy. Your paying for 3 ounces and getting 2 sweetheart. GM is unprofessional lazy and can't keep up everyone else does. Obnoxious loud can't keep her hands to herself. I guess that's liked so that's why she's still there.Other manager also wouldn't keep his hands off me touching me inappropriately that also flies? I quit because I made 11 an hour to run Arby's. Anytime a serious issue is brought to the owners attention it's never resolved.

The beef in the French dip had so much bone it I was afraid to eat my sandwich. Plus, there were thick chunks of "meat" that weren't cooked. The other person in my party said his classic roast beef had thick chunks that were full of gristle, which was so had he couldn't eat his sandwich, either. Yes, the people were nice, and the place was clean, but the food was AWFUL!

I don't know who the guy in the kitchen is but man what a worker! (Young guy with glasses and a beard). Food was great! The manager I didn't catch his name started w a d was fan.......tactic! Those two need a raise! Awesome job guys!
