Today was a good day. But most of the time there may be a couple people in drive-thru and nobody inside and it may take you 45 minutes to get your food. But for the most part good food. And you guys have the best shakes around.

Rude workers literally every time I come to this location. Regardless of coming in or going to drive thru never had a good experience. Not to mention the gnats and flies you have to fight off the whole time you eat. And a big ole dead fly sitting next to us while we ate.

Filthy store, lazy staff, poor management!!! 2 managers sitting in the filthy lobby seemingly doing nothing. Urine on the men’s bathroom floor was a great addition!!! No C02 so all the soda was flat, not one sign in sight to create awareness. We were met with an attitude when mentioning the soda was flat. TOTAL GARBAGE. Management did a lot of yapping amongst themselves while the store front was in disarray. I hope the atmosphere doesn’t bleed into the kitchen. I’m scared to see how it looks.

The atmosphere sucked it was quiet when I come in there but then there was noisy construction workers One was on his phone acting like he was in his own personal phone booth yelling on his phone. The guy who waited on me he was super nice, when I go through the drive-thru I think I get him every time and he's really super nice so service was good The food was so so all places on fast food their food has kind of went down, and the prices went up but I got good service that's what I was putting the four star for.

stood inside and waited for 10 minutes to order! all 4 of the workers were standing outside smoking a BLUNT and even stayed out there after i walked out smh.and they were out there for probably an hour

The last couple of times I’ve been there, the drive through worker acted like I was bothering him by being there! (Two times ago, he was downright rude when I pointed out that I was missing something in my order.) I’m not sure I’ll go back.

I went through the drive thru and the lady that took my order was kind of rude and not very friendly. I get sometimes you don't want to be there but you have to treat the customers with respect or go get a job somewhere else

Not very happy cause it seems to be an every drive thru experience no matter when I go ....no matter what size of fry I order I never received what I pay for ...or at least I don't feel it's right. It looked like someone already started eating them. It feels more places are raising their prices yet giving you less food.
This place is really a diamond in the rough. It is always clean. The staff is always fast and the food is unbelievable. These people all deserve a raise. MCDONALDS,WENDYS,BURGERKING,hah. What a joke. They have nothing on this Arby's. For a great meal and very clean dining experience,go here!!! Thank you Arbys!!!
