The food and the employees that prepared it were great. However the manager on duty was lets say less than be desired. He was talking down to them and being disrespectful to them. It was bad enough that the other customers were taking notice. The food was so good that I had my grandson ring the bell. But there was no response. I've always got a response of Arbys guests are the best or a thank you from the crew. That wasn't the case this time. I feel it was due to the manager that night.

Found an object in my food, manager immediately apologized, they remade my food and gave me a future free meal without me asking. Mistakes happen, I know it wasn't intentional, they were super awsome about it.

Hard-working, great staff great cook. She was working back there so hard. Just the girl that was cooking should be a manager. I saw how she handled things and it was amazing talking from somebody who is actually a chef and been in the industry for years. She’s got excellent customer service.

Went through the drive through. Only issue is they don't apply the coupon 😒 Not worth the hassle to try to explain it to the cashier. I told them I had a coupon they said ok drive around but was charged full price.
Food was cold and raw and the place smelled like a septic tank and the floors were dirty and covered in mud and human feces, how is this place not shut down?!!
I didn’t know I cared about pickles, but whatever pickles they put on the hamburger were the best pickles I can ever remember eating. Arby’s: please take note and always keep these pickles on hand!
