First time giving Azzip Pizza a go. Family and friends talked it up. Maybe I ordered on a bad day. Ordered pizza online at 2:00 P.M. Pick up was for 2:25-2:30. I entered the store at 2:35 and went to the register as instructed by the text. I stood at the register till 2:50 before I was able to interact with someone and get my order. They didn't seem real busy. I counted 11 employees and only observed 4 truly being efficient. The employee working the register was also pulling orders, topping and boxing which didn't make a lot of sense to me since there was plenty of people that could of been help. Being a veteran with personality disorders social interactions can be difficult for me. Pizza was cold by the time I could get a bite. Waste of money on my part. Better customer service and dedication cashier probably could of avoided this situation. If you suffer from social anxieties I would probably avoid Azzip.

Sorry I didn't get a picture of the food - it was too good and I was too hungry. Like all good pizza places they have a couple of different types of crust. I got the cauliflower, it was very crispy. There were 6 of us and we all got a different one and then we sampled each other's. They were all great. You can also change the toppings to your liking.Also, the cookies are amazing!

This was our first time here and we would definitely love to come again. The flavor of the month pizza was yum yum and it was phenomenal. The kids meal is a great value with a cookie and a drink. I opted for build your own which was good, but would get the flavor of the month if I went again. The cookies are very rich and delicious.

We LOVED this place. We found it because my wife requires gluten free and dairy free which always limits our choices. On occasion we've found pizza joints with these choices so took a gamble and searched while visiting the area. The simple model (base price and unlimited toppings) was great and the kids liked that they each got to customize their choice. Each pizza was plenty of food along with the cheese bread which was a large portion suitable for our family of five. We'll be back for sure and hoping to find expansion for Azzip to the Cleveland area in the near future!
