Wanted cookies and cream, the vat looked to be just replaced and they scooped what little bit of cookies and cream lefts out other on top of clearly vanilla ice cream. Brought it to the employees attention after taking a few bits and realizing it really was vanilla with a smear of cookies and cream, and he says yeah I don't know what's going on with that! Someone put the wrong flavor in the spot and did not want to fix there mess up! I am post could have went to Kroger and got what I wanted and had more of it.

Their ice cream is delicious, so We decided to try their shakes and banana split. The shakes just tasted like milk with a couple of pieces if reeses added yuck. The banana split was very small and not that great either. Will stick to the good stuff in a pint next time.

Usually we get much better service but tonight 4 kids working the counter. One on cell phone had to finish his text as he stood in front of me before he looked up to get my order. Three others stood there, none offering to take my husband's order. The single female behind the counter had her hoodie hanging from one shoulder, disheveled and not bothering to improve her appearance. She laughed and talked to the others the whole time we were there... Even interrupting the one young man who was serving us until he stopped working on the order to turn around and talk to her. Another boy was completing a drive through order. He didn't know how to complete the order and he and the girl began laughing as he fell onto the mixing equipment. The one taking our order did not count the money given to him and gave us the wrong change. He couldn't figure out the problem so my husband had to explain to him how to fix his error. It is snowing. We were the only car in the parking lot. Two in the drive-thru. Yet these 4 couldn't serve the few customers that they had without appearing extremely unprofessional in many ways. I hope management deals with this.

Worst customer service possible. Rushed us and were rude. Did not listen to a word any of us said. Pushed out and charged us twice for an item even after I brought it up that it was more they shrugged me off and rushed us.

It was really ugly, didn't look like it was supposed to. I don't think I should have paid for it at all. Very disappointed as this was for my husband's birthday.

We've been B.R. customers for decades. This summer, past three orders, less than a teaspoon of hot fudge on ice cream sundays, despite asking and paying for extra hot fudge today. Very, very disappointing.

Disappointing experience last 2 visits. They don’t pay attention to what is being ordered and give wrong items. Need more training and customer service skills

I’ve been going to Baskin Robbin’s since I was 16. I am now in my mid fifties. Unfortunately, the last 2 visits have been very disappointing. The “kids” they have working there are obviously not interested in providing quality service. I ordered 2 different items and both needed to be sent back. The young girl who handed me the first wrong item was helpful in replacing incorrect item. The young man who I talked to about 2nd item was a bit argumentative. I was pleasant enough with him, but seriously wanted to tell him I’ve been frequenting Terre Haute franchise since before he was born. Since this has happened last two visits, it makes me want to reconsider patronizing this store. Maybe they need more training for customer service and someone a bit older supervising.
