The food is good. My complaint is about service. Went with the family, and ordered several things. Asked for a cup of water/ person. Was charged $2/ each for a fountain drink. What the fudge? Water is free. Asked about it and was told it's corporate policy.
Corporate policy needs to change. If you said their was a 25cent fee for the cup... maybe. $2 for tap water.

Can’t even get an online order here. Put one in and the older lady, who seems to be the mom of the owner, doesn’t know how to do them. Not sure why they would leave someone in charge that doesn’t seem to know how to do their job. Didn’t even know how to do a refund. This isn’t the first time. Probably won’t be back as I like to order online at a lot of places if I go. Just easier.

spoke to a lady the other day, she was short and older..was very disrespectful with me. and there was a new girl working, she was very polite and apologetic considering she doesn’t know how to do everything yet. But the WHOLE time the older lady was so rude and snappy with her as well and had no patience. so my friend asked who the manager was and if he could get a contact info and she says “the boss is my son, why do u need contact info” Like bc you are the problem lady. she was extremely disrespectful the whole time to us and the poor girl training.. WILL NOT BE BACK.
