Had ribeye steak and baked potato with green beans. There was absolutely zero flavor in the steak. No salt no pepper no steak rub, nothing. The potato was ok and the green beans were fair. My wife and I. They gave me a very small discount on our appetizer bot it still cost me seventy five dollars. Very disappointed, the service was good and yes I still left a generous tip as it wasn't the waitresses fault. It will be a while before I go back, and I will be sure that my food will be to my satisfaction.

Have been several times. Sorry to say I won't be going back unless they improve. Honestly not sure they will make it much longer if they don't improve. We took out of town guests Saturday evening. It took a very long time for our food. Sandwiches and fries were all cold. The childs spaghetti was so dry no one could eat it. One guest did not receive his food. When asked our server kept apologizing and said it would be right out. The remainder of us finally ate our food as it was already cold (tenderloins and hambergers). We were finished and the one still had not received his tenderloin. They finally brought out fries and told him his tenderloin was coming. When it came it was half the size of everyone elses plus, so burnt it wasn't edible. Our server was in tears by this point and stated she asked the manager, Royce, to talk with us. He refused, said he was too busy in the kitchen. If he was working in the kitchen and could not do any better than what he was doing he should be gone. He can't work the kitchen so I don't know how he could be a manager. He sold part of our order to a carryout order so I assume that was part of the reason for cold and delayed food.I really feel bad for the servers as they were the ones trying to make the customers happy because of the irresponalbe kitchen help and manger.Angel (our server) you did a great job and deserve much much better.

We have been here in the past and everything was great, but our last visit was horrible 8/20/22. We had a party of eight. The server ws terrific. She did everything she could do to take care of us. When our food came out, it was at all different times during a period of roughly 60 minutes. One of the first ones to come out had to send it back because her fries were cold. When the last persons food finally arrived it was only their sandwich and not their fries. It was burnt. The manager never did come out to check on us. We were very disappointed in the whole experience, since we had all loved this place prior visits.

First time dining at Big Willy's. Disappointed that they were out of breaded tenderloins. But the breaded mushrooms more then made up for it. And the breaded chicken sandwich was pretty good.Our hostess (Tela A.) was fanastic.We will absolutely be going back.And I would of gave them 5 stars if they had the tenderloin.

The Portobello fries are absolutely amazing! We had a burger and tenderloin as our lunch that were on point. Tim was our server and was a super cool guy as well as a terrific server. We had the chance to speak with the manager Royss when he stopped by to check in with us. The entire staff was super kind and helpful. highly recommend.

This place was wonderful although Teresa was the only waitress she handled everything perfectly. Their steaks were cooked perfectly and the portabella fries were delicious, they also had wonderful desserts I had a lemon Italian cream cake that was so light and fluffy I'm surprised it didn't float away. It was pricey but totally worth it.

Let me start with the waitress was kind and attentive! The rest of the night pretty much ended there! Food was late! As in over an hour with two little kids waiting! My husbands steak was supposed to be medium and part was inedible! Blood red and cold! Entire meal was over 200 dollars and the only good thing were the portobello fries and fries pickle appetizers! Will not be back!

Picked up our order and it was hot and ready. Delicious catfish, fried portobello mushrooms. Sides were delicious and the portions were huge!!!! Dont waste your money on fast food!!!
