Great place for breakfast. We camefrom our of state, for a cousins wedding, and before we left we decided last minute to grab breakfast. We weren't sure on what Bob Evens was, but one we got inside the air staff was super friendly and we got seated right away and they were very accommodating for a group of 6. Food was great, staff very friendly. Definitely a place to go back to when we visit!!

The host with the vibrant hair (pink and blue), I think Shawn, was pleasant and quick to seat us. Our waiter TC (TomCat) was sweet (daughter's input) and quick but patient with our drink orders, as well as later with our food orders. TC let me know upon my drink order (water with a lot of lemon) that they were low on lemon and couldn't promise the extra lemon. I let him know that was fine, I'll take what I can get. 🍋 In wait, I felt his small talk was slightly forced, but relaxed quickly. The food was exactly as ordered and really hit the spot, so very delicious. My daughter dropped a piece of bacon before she got a bite, TC quickly brought four fresh pieces. He brought me a perfect about of freshly cut lemon, too. He kept drinks filled and brought to go drinks. He recovered a spill, spilling my hot coffee, of all drinks. While cleaning himself up, the gals that came out to clean up the spill checked on us for him and I asked how he was, but he was also fine, thank goodness! On the way out the door, I let the gals at the merch counter (my Husband bought FRIGGIN AWESOME happy little tree Bob Ross mints!) that the restrooms were less than standard (not horribly, though) and she let me know they would get right on it. The host complimented my outfit and we had quite a nice chat about clothing, fashion, and sibling bonding over it. 💞

🩃 I'm very thankful for this Thanksgiving experience after successfully avoiding conflict with family. Bless all of this crew. 🍂

First time i've ever been to Bob Evans, it's in walking distance from my house so I decided to go with some friends. When I first walked in the overall setup was pretty cute, with plushies set up that I thought were super neat. We were greeted immediately by this sweet looking young boy which red hair I caught his name to be Tyler from another server later on, who was very thoughtful on where we sat, when we asked for a booth and none were open yet due to needing to be cleaned, he cleaned it for us, instead of any other place where they would of just sat us at a table, which set a great mood for the rest of the meal. Extremely quickly our server came up, Gene was very charming, and funny too, really gave out the family aspect that this place advertises. The drinks, I love the little mugs they're delivered in, unique! The food was amazing, and my friends theirs was too. I got a hamburger, and chicken since i'm a pretty picky eater. Overall still an amazing dinner. I'll definitely come back considering how nice the staff is, it really gave me a calming vibe compared to most restaurants where it feels like they're being forced by gunpoint to serve the food to the person! So overall, props to the atmosphere, and props to Gene and Tyler! Will be coming back

Absolutely terrible experience tonight at Bob Evans.

We walked in and weren’t even greeted. Three employees looked right at us and said nothing. This was at 5:45pm with only four small tables in the whole place actually eating. Eventually the host seated us after asking, “Just us 3?” in the most uninterested tone possible.

Our server took forever to even come over, and when she did, the first thing she told us was that she was new and needed us to basically read the full menu descriptions out loud so she could enter them right. Not a great start.

Thirty minutes went by with zero refills, and then our food finally showed up
well, most of it. The server had rung in double caramel apple slices instead of our daughter’s pancakes. She tried to blame us until she realized she had actually written down “crispy bacon” on the wrong line for our daughter’s meal. By the time our daughter’s pancakes finally arrived, my wife and I were already done eating. Still no refills anywhere, including for our daughter’s premium drink,a caramel apple cider.

The server apologized again and reminded us she was new for the third time. Paying out wasn’t any better. The same person who seated us rang us up and didn’t even ask how the meal was.

The worst part? It was our daughter’s idea to eat here, and hers was the meal that got messed up the most.

This is our third visit with service getting consistently worse. Lukewarm food, painfully slow service, employees openly complaining about how much they had to do, and all of this with only four tables sat in the restaurant.

We won’t be back.

I have ordered from Bob Evans a few times in the past and have generally enjoyed their food and service. However, my most recent experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.
On this particular morning, I decided to order breakfast from Bob Evans instead of cooking at home. After paying $92.00 for our meals, I expected a satisfying breakfast for my family.

Unfortunately, what I received was far from acceptable. The food arrived 15 minutes late, and the restaurant staff mentioned they had been busy. While I understand that weekends can be hectic, this did not explain the poor quality and temperature of the food.
When I got home, mined you I only live two minutes away from the restaurant, the food was already ice cold, which made it clear it had been sitting out for some time. The French toast was hard as a rock, and the bacon was unappetizing. I had specifically requested no sausage, but my instructions were not followed. The lack of attention to detail was disappointing.

To make matters worse, the drinks I ordered were completely forgotten. With the food arriving late and me having to walk in to pick it up, I was distracted and didn’t remember to check for missing items until I got home. This oversight, combined with the cold and poorly prepared food, made the experience even more frustrating.

Overall, this visit to Bob Evans was a letdown. The food was cold and poorly prepared, the order was late and incorrect, and important items were missing. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and food quality. I wish I had just cooked breakfast at home instead. I hope Bob Evans takes these issues seriously and works to improve their order accuracy and food quality for future customers.

This food was nasty!

Wife and I ent here for breakfast. Was set at a table and everything started off good. Took server about q0 minutes to get our drinks and then another 10 before they came to take our order. I ordered eggs and bacon with baskets and gravy. Wife ordered a bacon, mushroom and Swiss burger. Took kitchen almost 15 minutes to make these plates. Under normal circumstances these times are accepted when busy, but our server only had 1 other table. Food came and eggs were runny, not cooked to over medium, bacon was rock hard. Couldn't even chew it. Wife's bacon was the same way. Server only came by once to fill coofe cup in the beginning and never during the meal. So you guessed it. I eeat my food with nothing to drink. When the server came with the check and saw neither one of us had eaten the bacon, she asked was there something wrong. That's when I said yes and she would have known that, had she brought more coffe. Told her about the bacon being overcooked and eggs being undercooked. Her responce was to tell managers. When asked what had went wrong, and told we wouldn't be back, I was told I had to give them another chance. I at that point informed them that this time was their second chance from another time we had eaten there about 6 months prior. Very sad servers want higher tips but can't provide a higher standard of service.

This place really sucks, I've eaten here a couple of times and there food is horrible, don't ever order the bacon or sausage, the bacon tastes rotten and the sausage is the same pre made sausage patties you can buy at the grocery store, avoid Bob Evans like the plague, anyone can make better food at home for a fraction of the cost.
