Best place to eat in Terre Haute. I always get the american burger with guacamole. The buffalo chicken dip is great, too. (it's not spicy)

Went in around 10pm Tuesday night with a group of family. Wasn't busy at all. Waited a few to be seated. Waited a few for drinks. Food was great. Atmosphere clean for the most part. Waitress seemed a little aggravated. Unsure if it was us or if she had other things to accomplish in the restaurant before closing. She finally smiled when it was our time to pay, leave a tip and get gone

Even if you can forgive the abysmal service both to go and dining in, the cost is outrageous and the shameless gouging has got to be the reason to never come here again. Online, 10 boneless wings are $11.89 but when phoning in, they are $13.85. They say its because the dipping sauce is a paid option online but they don't even give you a proportional amount dipping sauce while forcing you to pay for them over the phone. If it weren't a huge corporation, this would be illegal.
P.S. I clicked the link and filled out what it allowed and have heard nothing back 7 months later

I went into the men's bathroom and the urine smell was so potent it made my eyes hurt. There was a lot of urine in the corner because I guess the person missed the urinol. The stench was disgusting I almost threw up. There were paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor. I was so disgusted. The manager ought to be ashamed of himself allowing the bathroom to be like that. It is very disrepectful and low class. If the franchise owner wonders why business is going to Wingstop, then visit your own restaurant and go to the bathroom. You will then understand what the customers experience. Unbelievable.

The food we got delivered was old and cold. The cheesecake I believe it is spoiled. I tried 1 bite and it made me vomit. Fry’s were cold and rock hard. Chicken tender were very old also. Waste of $30, food went straight in the trash.

The worst called ahead for pick up got there a few minutes early, the young lady at the counter seemed bothered that I was the, never greeted me. Got the order home and the wings were old . Old like they had been left from the lunch rush and the fries were cold as well. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager and he offered a refund but also very dry and disinterested in my complaint. My husband was even more disappointed because he has eaten at other locations and was very satisfied with the service. You all have lost a customer with this experience.

I would not recommend working for this place the GM was very nice but, the other managers are awful. They kept harassing me after I quit without a notice and the pay is horrible. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!
