Orderd through Burger King app for this store got food it was cold,stale, and whopper made me since went through app for refund and now days after incident they respond to tell me best they can do is a $10 coupon for next order when spent 29 almost 30.00 bk has lost my business

Nothing I love more than paying $25 for a woman with a bad attitude to hand me a messed up order. My suggestion is drive to the next BK and hope for better or go across the street to McDonald’s.

Drive thru was slow for a Saturday morning. Looked like only 1 person was working the front counter and drive thru. Either can't keep staff or poor scheduling. Love the crossanwhich though. My fav.

Every time I order drinks from this BK they don't taste anything like they do at any other restaurant. The Sprite tastes like dishwater or something is mixed in with it. Coke - not even close to a Coke flavor. And the sweet tea is super week, and has that same iff flavor like the Sprite does. And what happened to the flame broiler? Everything is undercooked, and cold, as if it was cooked 30 minutes earlier.

Takes a long time to get food, , they seem to always be slow no matter what time you go. Waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru and still got frozen and cold food. French toast sticks were stuck together and soggy half was still frozen. Sandwich was cold in the middle and cheese wasn't melted.

Everything was delicious and made fresh really enjoyed my whopper w/ cheese ex mayo and onion rings and my daughter and son in law and fiance loved there whopper w/ cheese, whopper w/ cheese extra mayo and whopper with cheese no pickle or onion. The lady at the drive thru window was nice and polite also and everything was correct. Thanks again well be back.

Stood at the counter for over ten minutes while 3 different people saw me and not a single one asked if I needed assistance. The manager came up from the back for something and asked me immediately if i had been helped. He was very helpful and pleasant.
