I ordered lunch even said it to the lady working because they were changing from breakfast to lunch and received breakfast. I was not about to go back to say anything because we had literally waited in the drive thru for 31 minute! My food a number 1 was great but my hubby got a number 4 biscuit and gravy and it was harder than any biscuit should ever be frozen or cooked you could chip a tooth! I asked him after why he keeps getting biscuit and gravy from here because it is not great every time he orders it. Lol

My fries and onion rings were cold and not very good tasting. My cheeseburger was edible which is about the nicest thing I can say about it. I haven't been to BK in years but thought I'd give their double cheeseburger meal a try. I never knew drinks and fries could come in such small containers. The soda cup literally holds only a half a can of pop. The fries had 4 fries and 4 tiny onion rings so that $4.99 price is actually not a good deal.

Pretty gross. What seemed to be the manager was bagging up the food without gloves and touched all over the fries. It doesnt help that he was covered in bug bites. The whole staff up front looked like they hadn't washed in days. Won't be back and will let everyone know. Do better BK

Been driving a semi in this snow. Just got off work wanted to get something to eat and can’t even get a we are closed, they close at 12 pm it’s not even 11:30 pm. Just want to eat something while I drive home it this and no help at all.

I called out there and “Jessica” answered the phone and I indicated my sandwich was wrong and and she literally said “your gonna have to come back out here, I’m to busy to deal with this now” and HUNG UP!!
When you give them twenty five dollars and only get sixty cents back when it's only 23.40 Somebody doesn't know how to do math the staff was being rude and fighting you with each other.And when we went back in, because I forgot something in our order.They got rooted in , just threw it in the bag like it was trash

The man working the window was friendly and took my payment and got the food back to me quickly. However, the snack wraps had so much sauce it was dripping out of the wrappers and the chicken was so chewy it was like a fried rubber band. We throw them away. But the worst part of the experience were two of the employees inside. While the window was open they were arguing about trash pick-up in the parking lot and doing dishes. Multiple explicatives were shouted with no attempt to move out of ear shot of customers or my child in the car.

They are always super polite and friendly here, the food is great every time I go, the restaurant is clean and so is the parking lot. This really is the best bk around. The drive through never takes too long either. Highly recommend.

Weird experience with pennies. Employee stated they can't give or receive pennies because Trump did away with pennies. I think pennies are still circulating currency but mint isn't producing them anymore, but I don't watch the news and happy so ok.
