Prices are ok but 2 stars because the pumps never seem to have paper for the receipts. NEVER. And they always make you go inside. Obviously int intentional, super annoying, and disrespectful to paying customers.

All pumps are down and out of order for being serviced. No notifications on the pumps or signs anywhere and they don't know when they will be back up

I was charged for an item I ordered through the app that the store did not have but no one knew how to refund me my money at the store or the support through the app. Never use the app would be my suggestion.

We ordered 3 pizzas for a Birthday Party and basically the entire order was wrong. When we called the store to tell them of the error, they pretty much called us liars and said they were positively certain we got what we ordered. Last time I checked, taco pizza should have tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, chips. None of those ingredients were on any of the pizzas. The meat galore, if that's what you call it, was sausage & pepperoni...that's it. Lastly, the Supreme had only pepperoni & sausage. The person told us we could bring all 3 pizzazs back and they would remake them. We had hungry guests, so that wasn't an option. I will say this is the first time we've had an issue with Casey's. How the complaint was handled was less than professional and some customer service training is in order.UPDATE: I changed my rating from a 1 to 4 due to being contacted by both the local management and Corporate thanking me for alerting them to the issue I had. They agreed some customer service training was in order. I appreciate their response and concern. Great job Casey's.

The pizza is amazing and so is the service. I ordered pizza and ordered it from the wrong store. The staff was awesome and cancelled my order without penalty.

Convenient store and gas station. Lots of quick snacks and fresh bakery items. Pizza and some fast foods. Clean and staff was very nice.
Quick in and out when I need the time for other things.

I absolutely love Casey's Pizza I eat it numerous times a week and I know I probably shouldn't but it's that good to me but when I call to have a pizza made and I am told they are only allowed to make that pizza on Fridays unless I order an entire pizza kind of not okay I'm sure I'm not the only one that eats veggie pizza and you only make it on Fridays so I don't go to the Riley one very often
