Came in for pool league on Wednesday10-22-2025, I sat there for over 30 minutes before my team mate had to flag down a server. We got a beer & appetizer each, drinks came out then the food. We finished the drinks and food and now it's been over a hour now waiting for a refill or any type of service. Very disappointed in the service. There are 3 empty drinks & 4 empty food dishes on the table as I'm typing this. You were not that busy, your servers & staff were talking more than working. We are not even 10 feet from 3 of your servers by the pool table closest to the bar.
Side note... the tables need to be leveled and taken care of more often especially if you want more pool leagues to come play, eat & drink here.

They didn't do it last call. It says online they'll close at 2:00 a.m. and they closed at 1:00 a.m.. The waitresses are rude. I can't even get anyone to wait on me

I had a great time at Charlie's! The food was excellent. I had the black and blue tweety burger and had enough for another meal. Service was also great, as I was asked if I needed anything a lot. Great job guys!
Truth be told I'm a bit too old for this place. My kids love it though. It is loud. Even without the live music one has to shout across the table. Burgers are good. Beer choice is broad, but not to my taste. Pepsi products only.

Charlie’s is good at being what it is- a fun, lively place to get drinks and food. Both are solid, and have some great options. Apps and burgers, Tots and fries are all good, and I rarely make it past them to other options. Our fav new app is fried banana pepper rings. It’s a casual place that can accommodate groups of 10+ easily which makes it a good spot to gather with friends. Can be a bit loud, and not terribly fast with service, though the staff is hard working. Often busy! Love the outdoor space in good weather, and both in and out have lots of space. If you want a more refined menu and atmosphere try the owner’s other locations-The Terminal and Ladybird Cafe. Each fills its own niche.
