The cashier, his name was Tre was super friendly and gave me extra salt because I mentioned my mom has a sodium issue and his supervisor had a nifty trick to fix the register when it froze, I unfortunately didn’t get a look at his name but he was also very friendly.

I can't exactly call Chick-fil-A a "five-star restaurant," so that's why I gave the food only four out of five, BUT I will say that I love their food! I don't consider it fast food, even though that's what category the restaurant falls into.
Anytime I'm near the Chick-fil-A in my home town close to ANY meal time, I am HIGHLY LIKELY to stop in and eat even if that wasn't my initial plan! Sometimes, just GETTING close to it makes me start the short debate as to whether or not I'll stop and eat. Most of the time, I do just that!
Once, I was at a huge, all-day seminar. Chick-fil-A catered, and somehow, they were able to serve hundreds, if not a thousand meals, and their packaging kept the sandwiches just RIGHT! It was impressive!
Parking: Parking is easy to get in and get out most of the time other than during lunch or dinner rush, but that's to be expected.
I never use the drive-through, but it looks very efficient with employees manning the lines in person. Customers do not appear to have to speak into a lighted outdoor menu that contains an intercom system.
