I’m a pilot and visit these small airport cafes with some regularity. They are generally the least vegan friendly places you can find. So, to find a place that has scrambled tofu for breakfast and fried tofu salad and a fried tofu sandwich for lunch/dinner is pretty awesome. I flew down here today just to check this place out.
It’s a small cafe that also serves as a gift/pilot shop. You place your order at the counter and they call you when your food is ready. I got a coffee, the tofu scramble, and dry wheat toast. The coffee is pretty good and the tofu scramble was a generous portion with lots of broccoli and veggies. The toast was a head scratcher. The portion was one slice of a very small loaf of bread (see picture). In any case, this was a good breakfast. I’ll be back. #Veganuary

This place is a hidden gem. You don't typically go to the Terre Haute airport unless you're traveling but this little cafe is worth the trip. Big fan of their breakfast burrito. I like it cooked a certain way and they accommodate my request every time. Call in the order and it's ready within about 10 minutes. Great breakfast selection and excellent coffee. Really good value.

My fiancé and I really enjoy Corsair! We’ve been going at least once a week for over a year now. The atmosphere is wonderful, as well as the food. The small town airport vibes make it unique and so fun to be at! Their coffee is consistently great, and the coffee flights are so fun to share! Hands down the best brunch spot in Terre Haute!
A tiny hidden gem in the Terre Haute airport!! Such delicious coffees and amazing food. Had the egg in the hole sandwich and by far it was my favorite brekafast sandwich!! Staff is lovely!!

Disappointed considering my daughter is a vegetarian and we asked for 2 orders of F16 fries without bacon. Both came with bacon. Also the Cobb salad was missing the egg, croutons and chicken. I called and was told the chicken is shredded, "its hard to see." I guess there was some "shredded" chicken on the bottom that is smaller than the shredded cheese. Not the menu advertised "sliced" chicken. Misleading at best. Ended the call with "they'll let the kitchen know" Extremely disappointed as we spent over $60 Update: Minutes after I posted this review, the owner called and apologized. He also issued a full refund. Thank you
