I’m a pilot and visit these small airport cafes with some regularity. They are generally the least vegan friendly places you can find. So, to find a place that has scrambled tofu for breakfast and fried tofu salad and a fried tofu sandwich for lunch/dinner is pretty awesome. I flew down here today just to check this place out. This place is a hidden gem. You don't typically go to the Terre Haute airport unless you're traveling but this little cafe is worth the trip. Big fan of their breakfast burrito. I like it cooked a certain way and they accommodate my request every time. Call in the order and it's ready within about 10 minutes. Great breakfast selection and excellent coffee. Really good value.

My fiancé and I really enjoy Corsair! We’ve been going at least once a week for over a year now. The atmosphere is wonderful, as well as the food. The small town airport vibes make it unique and so fun to be at! Their coffee is consistently great, and the coffee flights are so fun to share! Hands down the best brunch spot in Terre Haute!
