A nice welcome in when you enter. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially for first timers. Got a single with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and ketchup. So good! Veggies were so fresh! It's like a real burger made in a fast food place. Will definitely be back.

Placed online order online at 133 finally received food at 159. Both burgers I ordered were cold. The order was incomplete as they left out my daughters corn dog. There were no napkins or utensils in the order. Called them back and they offered me a coupon. Cool. I would have appreciated a full refund.

Food: I went with a fish platter that was 1 battered deep fried cod fish, wavy fries, coleslaw, and a bun. I personally wasn’t a fan of it but I can see why people in the area enjoy it. It was greasy, fall apart fish, and I’m not a fan of this style of fries. Wasn’t for me but others seemed to really enjoy it.
Ambiance: Upscale old school feel. Great customer service and clean on the inside and out.
Parking: Plant of parking when I went. It was easy to place the order with an actual person waiting for you, pull up to the front, and have the order delivered to your vehicle.

Usually they are always fine and get the order right with good service. Today I waited in line and watched 6 people that were behind me in line get their orders first. At least 4 of them had a order larger than mine. I then finally got my order and when I drove all the way home I then found out my order was not correct. They say theur burgers are made-to-order. I clearly didn't say "add everything you've got to it" I simply said with only cheese and Ketchup. I was greeted with lots of pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and mayonnaise. I would like a refund if at all possible as I am a somewhat picky eater and do not like having an entire farm on my burger. I find it hard to believe they have so many people working there yet the service is so slow, and my order was somehow not correct.
