Usually the service and food are great at this Culver’s. My most recent experience was enough to persuade me to write this review. I was initially pulled forward (as always with Culver’s) but all I had ordered was a Cinnamon Toast Crunch Concrete Mixer. Okay, that’s fine. 15 minutes later, I finally see an employee and ask if she can check on my order. She’s perfectly friendly and apologized for the wait. Then 5 minutes later, I am brought a concrete mixer that seems to have set out the entire time of my wait. On top of that, I found LITERALLY 3 pieces of toppings in the ice cream.

Culvers has always been a crowd pleaser and they get you consistent, high quality fast food quickly. This location is no exception to that rule. The staff were friendly, the food as good as ever and we had barely time to get our drinks and find a table before the young gentleman traded our order number for fresh, hot food.

Most definitely the best cheeseburger and fries I have ever had from a fast food restaurant! Hot, fresh and delicious! From now on whenever I crave a burger and fries, I will seek out a Culver's. And the mint chip shake was great. The counter crew members were friendly, courteous and helpful.
First thing that stood out, there was at least 20 people working. They were friendly and quick. Everything was cleaned as staff were cleaning everywhere while we ate. Food was delicious and well priced.
