DON’T come here unless you want to wait 35 min for your food order….not kidding….were from out of state, and stopped for a fast stop….felt like were at a “sit down restaurant” where you wait for something. This is unacceptable and hope people in the area see this and make a better decision then we did. Ohh and by the way we seen 3 people orders get thrown away bc it took to long for them to get the food to the customers, and one lady came up and told the employees she had been waiting for 45 min. Culvers I hope you make better changes to management and offer people refunds. This is unacceptable, PLEASE fix this.

For the past at least three months, every time I come in, I get a grilled cheese. What I think is a pretty basic sandwich. But every time it has been undercooked, and I have been able to split The 2 slices of cheese individually off of the sandwich, and sometimes it's not even toasted. The following picture was about 5 min after Drive to order was recived

Tried the new location at the fairgrounds. Easy to get into if you're headed south. The service was excellent, and in true Culver's fashion the burgers and the cheese curds were top notch. Not the easiest to get out of if you are wanting to head north. Will definitely be back though.
