The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I go out of my way to go to the location on Davis now because they never disappoint, and if you don’t like what you are given, they will replace it without hesitation. If you need an item replaced at this (Wabash) location, they tell you it’s not their problem and refuse to work with you. And most places will still honor coupons if they’re just a couple days expired. The system even still accepts the coupon when scanned, but they refuse to honor it and act like it comes directly out of their paycheck if they accept the coupon.

My mom and I have visited this location and each time we have gone this summer, the texture of the ice cream is somewhat frothy, tastes almost spoiled. The first time we visited this summer, we informed the manager as we noticed someone else was reporting the same complaint. It was obvious he was not going to address the issue, as his Co-worker translated. We tried to be fair and give them another chance,..but no more. The last time, the ice cream still tasted "off" and as we were pulling away, the female, dark haired employee was picky her nose! Appeared she was digging to find the good ice cream we used to all know and love. Do better DQ and fix your mess.
