The donut holes were great and the breakfast sandwich was ok as well but not what I asked for. The reason for the 3 star rating was because they were operating with a social distancing mandate and the staff were still wearing their Covid mask and were very rude. It all seemed like I stepped back in time and was reliving the pandemic all over again. I am from out of town and maybe I am unfamiliar with the Indianians way of life still in 2024 March 30th to be exact approximately 9:30a.m.

Second time in two weeks I've been here around 6 to 630 , order a drink , and they tell me their matchine is down for cleaning. WHY EVEN BE OPEN? here an idea, do it AFTER you close. Obviously don't want the business very bad.

Ordered donuts and ice coffee thru door dash. Donuts weren't right order but worse there was large fly in coffee. Doordash even after seeing pic of fly in the coffee and order was wrong felt this was ok. Tried to resolve it they didn't

Super quick! I had about 5 minutes to spare between getting through here and to work and the drive through met that time frame easily. I was through and sipping my coffee happily within five minutes of arriving and that includes order time. Loved the coffee, the lady at the window was a doll, and I've missed Dunkin. My go to.
My husband grabbed doughnuts from here and it was so nasty even our 2 and 3 year olds wouldn't eat them. They took a bite and wouldn't touch them. We tried them too and they just tasted old and nasty not good at all. Such a waste of money.

Location 2060 Lafayette Ave Terre Haute INJust to let everyone know if you have more than 1 or 2 people in a vehicle don't go through drive through. I was told they can't handle an order of 4 drinks and 4 sandwiches. You must go in , I don't see why they pull you forward to keep the drive times down no matter what you order. I did come here 3 to 4 times a week not because of location because I live across the river it was because of the quality of food. But now never again because of rudeness, and attitude. The one on third may be slow and food okayish bur they can handle 4 drinks and 4 sandwiches in a drive through.

I understand places can be short staffed. I don't believe this one was. I stood at the counter waiting to place a fairly Large order. None of the 3 employees working even acknowledged that I was standing there. I would have gladly waited more than the 10 minutes that I had already waited.If they would have acknowledged me. Maybe next time I will try the drive through. Those two cars were getting attention.

Went through the drive thru, took me a minute to decide what I wanted, when I got to the window, the male cashier told me next time to come inside, because they have an 80 second timer. When I ordered the first item, they couldn't make itI thought that was rude since I am not a regular to Dunkin.

I like this location more than the one on 3rd. FRESH food and my coffee orders are spot on and not diluted at all. No wait time, kind staff, and not too busy.
My review had nothing to do with service and everything to do with applying here not felony friendly save yourself time I felt like I was treated unfairly after she found out about my criminal record and wasted my time instead of being up front about it
