Owner rude on veterans day, when i asked what donuts you could receive for veterans day he just waved his hand toward display. Acted as if it was inconvenience to get donuts, I bought donuts also. No word of thx for veteran or for buying donuts. Never again will I go there

I ordered half a dozen jelly filled donuts at the drive through. My order was taken promptly and came to $8 and change. I arrived home 10 minutes later and to my dismay the donuts were stale, hard, dry and somewhat misshapen from obviously being old donuts! Even after a few seconds in the microwave they remained hard and dry. What a let down. I won't be buying anything from Dunkin Donuts again!

I love Dunkin. The service is always quick and my coffee is always correct and amazing. The ONLY reason the 4 stars for atmosphere was the girl working that day j went was rude as hell.

espresso machine is always down and the workers are rude. genuinely every time i’ve come to the location i can’t get a coffee because the machine is down…you would think this would only be a one time thing considering it’s a coffee place??

every time i come to this location its a 50/50 chance the espresso machine is down, this has happened to me at least 5 times where i go there and i cant even get a latte and the workers don’t say sorry or anything and ive never had this problem at other locations.

Ordered the new holiday signature latte. Tasted so terrible I had to throw it away. Also ordered donuts. They were old. Threw it all away and had to get breakfast/coffee elsewhere. Very disappointed..

If I could rate this location A 0 i would i am new to the Terre haute area went to this location the first time this lady that is always at the drive thru around morning time made my drink wrong when i simply asked for a vanilla latte with cookie butter cold foam she didn't put the cold foam on top nor the cookie that came with ... the second time i went today the same thing happened with the same lady I don't know if it's because of my skin color but do better and stop being passive Aggressive

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts often, but I’ve found the drinks to be very inconsistent, and my food often tastes freezer-burnt. The drive-through service is generally mediocre, with staff doing the bare minimum and often coming across as rude. Improvements in drink quality and customer service are definitely needed.
