I ordered half a dozen jelly filled donuts at the drive through. My order was taken promptly and came to $8 and change. I arrived home 10 minutes later and to my dismay the donuts were stale, hard, dry and somewhat misshapen from obviously being old donuts! Even after a few seconds in the microwave they remained hard and dry. What a let down. I won't be buying anything from Dunkin Donuts again!

I love Dunkin. The service is always quick and my coffee is always correct and amazing. The ONLY reason the 4 stars for atmosphere was the girl working that day j went was rude as hell.
Parking: Parking is free and easily accessible just not alot of it
espresso machine is always down and the workers are rude. genuinely every time i’ve come to the location i can’t get a coffee because the machine is down…you would think this would only be a one time thing considering it’s a coffee place??

every time i come to this location its a 50/50 chance the espresso machine is down, this has happened to me at least 5 times where i go there and i cant even get a latte and the workers don’t say sorry or anything and ive never had this problem at other locations.

If I could rate this location A 0 i would i am new to the Terre haute area went to this location the first time this lady that is always at the drive thru around morning time made my drink wrong when i simply asked for a vanilla latte with cookie butter cold foam she didn't put the cold foam on top nor the cookie that came with ... the second time i went today the same thing happened with the same lady I don't know if it's because of my skin color but do better and stop being passive Aggressive
Ordered a $6 value meal. Took too long and was lukewarm. Still love their iced coffees.

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts often, but I’ve found the drinks to be very inconsistent, and my food often tastes freezer-burnt. The drive-through service is generally mediocre, with staff doing the bare minimum and often coming across as rude. Improvements in drink quality and customer service are definitely needed.

I stop here most mornings before I go open at work. The woman who works the drive through window most days is very rude. The first couple times I just thought it was because they were a little busy and she was stressed and doesn’t work well stressed, but even if I’m the only one there she is rude. It shows that she does not like her job. Any time I order from this location on Doordash, they mess up my order. It’s not a hard order, I make zero changes or substitutions. I ordered loaded hash browns and they sent the normal ones even though my order tag said exactly what I ordered. So I lost money on that because the loaded hash browns cost more than the plain ones. My normal drink isn’t available on DoorDash, so I order a frozen drink. They don’t send me a straw. Their lids only take straws to work. Am I supposed to wait until my frozen drink melts to take the lid off and drink it? Overall the rudeness I receive every morning in person and the lack of care when I order it to my work is not okay for how often it happens.
