The food was delicious. However, the managers condescending attitude made the environment unpleasant. I witnessed her disrespect towards workers, which seem to be teenagers. My question to the higher-ups is: is this the leadership that you have training this upcoming generation? I believe her name was Lucy, I actually plan to put a call into corporate, because it was very embarrassing for me to witness her conversation with fellow colleagues in front of patrons. Again, as I stated, the food was good and I would return for just that.

SO! we just ate AT THE BEST FAZOLIS EVER!! Mary was who took care of us most of the time and she was AMAZING she was so friendly and so NORMAL lol it’s hard to find people like her at all anymore!!! The food was amazing the store was clean and chilly like it should be! Like fast food places USED TO BE!! Every person we interacted with was so nice and so happy! THIS FAZOLIS was the absolute BEST FOOD we have had in a long time!! Everything was absolutely perfect!!!

It’s been a bit since I have beento Fazolis . Because my family and I usually choose Olive Garden for when I want Spaghetti . We were in the Terre Haute location . We instantly received a Warm and Friendly greeting at the counter from Mary . And she took our order . And then we were brought Hot Fresh Buttery Breadsticks out to our table while we awaited our food . I had the Baked Spaghetti . My son had the Ultimate Trio and his wife had Chicken Alfredo . And we were asked if would like fresh grated Parmesan cheese and I said geesh this is like Olive Garden . And then some other impressions I had was to see that they still use real silverware and their brewed Sweet tea ranked right there with Chick fil A. And afterwards we enjoyed the strawberry and also the Triple Chocolate Cheesecake and the Italian Jolly Rancher Italian ice . Our service was out of this world . Mary and Payton was awesome !! Thank you for giving us a great experience for lunch. Makes our hearts so Happy to see employees going above and beyond in the food service .
