I recently was at this Fazoli's for the first time ever. At the drive-thru, they have an AI that takes your order. It's easy to understand, especially because the worry about an accent barrier is gone.
I ordered pizza and breadsticks, memorializing the father-daughter dates I used to go on in the 2000s-mid 2010s. I ordered 3 total, 2 extra and 1 with a meal. I Brought home 7, and they were warm and freshly cooked.
Cheesecake was S tier.

The food was delicious. However, the managers condescending attitude made the environment unpleasant. I witnessed her disrespect towards workers, which seem to be teenagers. My question to the higher-ups is: is this the leadership that you have training this upcoming generation? I believe her name was Lucy, I actually plan to put a call into corporate, because it was very embarrassing for me to witness her conversation with fellow colleagues in front of patrons. Again, as I stated, the food was good and I would return for just that.
