Too lazy to open the lobby and the drive thru attendant is extremely rude. Use to be the best Hardee's in town. Don't waste your time here

The food was cold and not tasty at all. Asked for a replacement and the manager was rude. He looked scraggly anyway. Long hair, dirty hat and dirty fingernails. When I said never mind and asked for a refund, we were told to take it up with the corporate. They were getting ready to close and not remaking it or refunding us!

Always friendly and polite, it's close and always fresh.
Picked up a breakfast sandwich. The drive thru was backed up so I ran inside. It was quicker. Just kind of a normal Hardee's but the staff are very friendly.

Went through drive through. They forgot our fries. Had to go back around. Sat at window, had 2 workers walk past. Then, I had to wave them down to get their attention. I stated we didn't get our fries. We get them. They aren't cold, but they also aren't cold. They had been sitting there for a while. Get to the sandwich that I ordered as a low carb wrap. There was no wrap. It was a piece of lettuce stuck on top of the sandwich. Not impressed.

I enjoy dining here! They maintain cleanliness and provide excellent customer service. Quality food is always worth a little extra, even if it's above budget. It's a shame they don't stay open later, though. Especially being close by campus. It would be convenient for the student community.
