I did not her name but the woman at the drive through window tonight gets ALL my praise. I asked for extra extra mushroom gravy on my burrger. I have asked other employees this in the past and been underwhelmed. She DELIVERED. Understood the assignment. Friendly and humorous and granting wishes left and right. You deserve everything good in life

Usually I don’t have bad experiences here, however, the last two times that I have been through the drive-through I haven’t been pleased. Both times I’ve had a couple of items missing from my order (orders $45+) and had not gotten a receipt in return. I’m only upset because for what I spent you would think my order would be correct, as well as I live 30 minutes away so by the time I get home it’s not worth the drive back to receive my items and hard to argue without a receipt. Very disappointed.

We asked for no ketchup they said there wasn't any Not only was there ketchup it had a ton of mayo and sauce on one side ketchup and more mayo on the other And the bun had that microwaved stale crunchy feel It was cold and just icky

Best staff of any other hardies. The food was perfect. Warm atmosphere. Just a bunch of hard working blue collar folks.
I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I just experienced the most incompetent workers I've ever come across out on the road. They made my order wrong and then remade it wrong. By the time I figured out the situation, they closed and said they couldn't do anything about it. $15 for food thrown in the trash. How hard is it to put meat and cheese on a bun? Quite impossible here.
