I have never been in a restaurant with a nicer or more kind staff. Very clean and the food is always very delicious and they expectations 100% There are a lot of people that come through this Hardee’s 24/7 A lot work just down the road. But I really have to point out how kind every single staff member I stay here over the last three years. I’ve been frequently here.

I did not her name but the woman at the drive through window tonight gets ALL my praise. I asked for extra extra mushroom gravy on my burrger. I have asked other employees this in the past and been underwhelmed. She DELIVERED. Understood the assignment. Friendly and humorous and granting wishes left and right. You deserve everything good in life

Everything was hot n delicious. Speed of service was excellent
Usually I don’t have bad experiences here, however, the last two times that I have been through the drive-through I haven’t been pleased. Both times I’ve had a couple of items missing from my order (orders $45+) and had not gotten a receipt in return. I’m only upset because for what I spent you would think my order would be correct, as well as I live 30 minutes away so by the time I get home it’s not worth the drive back to receive my items and hard to argue without a receipt. Very disappointed.

We asked for no ketchup they said there wasn't any Not only was there ketchup it had a ton of mayo and sauce on one side ketchup and more mayo on the other And the bun had that microwaved stale crunchy feel It was cold and just icky
