Update: The food was superb this visit, and the manager was great as well. Had a small issue with the promo code for free short stack, manager upgraded it to a full stack at no charge. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

Always love IHOP! 😋 9/2023 Just had a meal at our local Terre Haute restaurant. There wasn't anything truly wrong with the meal, other than the fact that they double charged my card for somebody else's meal, obviously. When I called the corporate number, it sent me through to a restaurant in Phoenix with a waiter. Of course, being no help, he suggested I try again in the morning. I will touch base again when I have resolved the issue. Update 5/26/23: Finally got someone at corporate to listen. I was finally refunded. Whew!
Wheelchair accessibility: The bathrooms aren't very well wheelchair accessible.

Ordered food and took them over a hour to bring it out then the food tasted like it had been microwaved like no other on everything just the cost of food wasn't worth the quality that they used to give quit cutting cost and raising prices if you going to give crap food

The service was good, just only the chefs were slow. But then again, it is Christmas Day so I can’t complain.
Kid-friendliness: They let my siblings take their time while they spoke, I’ve noticed with the kids around they also didn’t get upset when a child started crying.

I love this place. they're always so friendly and the food is delicious. The waitresses are absolutely amazing at their job. because of the environment and the friendly waitresses we made it a tradition to try and come at least once a month. and we try to leave a tip even of we have e to leave and come back to bring it.
