Waitress was very nice. Was seated at a dirty table and no high chair. Had to change order to carryout because waited with my 2 year old for 30 minutes after I ordered. Was way too expensive for terrible service

You can't go wrong with the food at IHOP, both the tasty classics and their variety of newer options. But this isn't about that.We were enjoying a dinner there a year or two ago after a dance performance when a family member had a medical emergency and lost consciousness. We had to lower the family member to the floor and were prepared to do CPR (though thankfully didn't have to). The staff at IHOP helped clear a space, made her comfortable and called 911 for us. They were great. As our loved one was loaded into the ambulance I went back inside. The bill had been taken care of and our meals had been boxed up. It was a great kindness after a very scary event. I'm sorry it took so long to convey our thanks, but I remember it every time I drive by. Thank you!

The service was horrible and the atmosphere was even worse. The servers openly and very loudly discussed their tips (or lack thereof) for the current and previous nights shift. The bigger gal complained about everything, whereas the thinner waitress was trying to be a lil more discreet. We couldn't enjoy conversations at our own table for the overzealous dramatics played out by the employees. Here's your tip: if you hate your job, QUIT!! Nobody cares, work harder!

Somehow this IHOP offered the best food and service we had during our stay in Terre Haute! Your standard IHOP fare, cooked just how you expect. Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive.
As always, food was good . The only thing is there were quite a few servers, but none waited in us . We sat there for about 10 minutes before I got ones attention to be waited on . They would just walk by our ta le and not even glance at us . Finally we got one and she was great and very apologetic that we had not been waited on . But all in all, it was still good and is our go-to place for breakfast .

I ordered toast. I got one piece of bread and I ask for another piece of bread and they told me $4.I gotta order a ham and both pieces of ham. We're not as big as one piece of ham from any other restaurant in Terre Haute. You picked a name.Was the most disappointing dinner i've had in twenty years For one piece of bread, 2 eggs. And a piece of ham as big as your thumbnail.For twenty dollars I'll never go back

This has got to be the worst breakfast place in Terre Haute. The belgin waffle I ordered this morning was AWFUL - it was soggy. If you don't want to work customer service - don't work customer service - absolutely rude employees. He atmosphere is dirty - musky smelling. The bathrooms are gross. Most definitely will not be returning here.
