I absolutely love their cookies! Insomnia is simply amazing, and I haven’t found anywhere that compares. Their White Chocolate Macadamia, Classic Chocolate Chip, and especially the Double Chocolate Chunk are my top favorites—they’re always baked to perfection.

Orders are typically ready in 15 minutes or less, which is super convenient. While the prices might be a bit on the higher side, the quality and taste make it totally worth it as an occasional treat. Honestly, if it were a little more affordable, I’d probably be there all the time!

Overall, Insomnia delivers incredible cookies that are perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth. Highly recommend giving them a try!

They've gone downhill lately. Guess the current employees who fulfilled our order are completely illiterate because they gave us almost all the incorrect cookies. When I called customer support and they talked to this store, the employees there also lied and said they tried to call me. I've ordered from here for years, honey. I know they can reach me but my phone records show they didn't. Also, their delivery just straight up is awful. I don't go into their store often, but the times I have, they've been good but not their delivery.

Two girls working night of Nov 21, super rude, gave me the wrong thing then blankly stared when I said they made a mistake. Horrible service on the two. Also rude.

I ordered a delivery and they claimed a DoorDasher picked up the order, when I contacted DoorDash they then proceeded to tell me that insomnia cookies do their own deliveries. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do anything about it and couldn’t remake the order that they dropped off at the wrong address. Continued to blame DoorDash. Couldn’t give me a refund and I paid good money for that order. They need to take their shit off of DoorDash and train their workers on how to not give costumers the run around and lie. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

Cashier told me he couldn’t take $100 bill. So I went and got change for the $100. Then when I paid for my cookies with a $20 they told me they don’t have the proper change and asked if they could short me on change…. Then he still messaged up what cookies I wanted. I only got 4/6 proper cookies….

10/16/24 Whoever the guy working tonight was, needs to either go home & wake up on the right side of the bed or learn better customer service & speak nicely to customers.

Closed at 9:18 P.M.? That's not really following the name... kinda disappointed because I was really excited to come here after my visit the other day but apparently this is a common issue at this location based on other comments

We ordered via Door Dash. They transfer the order to their own system and own drivers, which sounds great… until the driver forgets 90% of the order. Because its through their own system and not DD, you have to escalate it via live agents to get refunds. Pretty disappointing.

Paid 30 bucks for two old cookies

I have children so when I’m trying to relax at the end of the day when everyone asleep having the option to order some cookies and ice cream is great, especially since it’s impossible to keep snacks in the house for long.

I’ve ordered a few times and everything turned out ok, but I recently ordered and when I received the order they were out of ice cream and I had been charged for it anyway so. That by itself is totally ok, restaurants run out of food all the time and it’s no biggie. However, I never received a notification or call from the store they were out, and every other time any other restaurant has been out of something on a togo or delivery order - either online or over the phone - they’d call to let the customer know. They didn’t do that and had I known I would’ve just cancelled the order. Mildly irritating but still not a big deal. The thing that pushed me over the edge was they charged me for it anyways, and had I not tried to seek a refund they would’ve just left it on and charged me for it all.

I called the store, the person who picked up was irritated with me, and immediately tried to shift the blame on DoorDash. Thing is, I ordered directly through them. Said they’d give me a refund before I had a chance to explain anything. I tried to explain my frustration over not receiving a notification about the order, was just cut off and told I’d get a refund. Explained I was irritated that if I hadn’t called I would’ve been charged for the ice cream despite them being out of it. Was ignored and the person just said “ok, you’ll get a refund.” There’s a lot of ways to handle customer service, but repeating “sorry we’ll refund you,” regardless of what is being said after trying to dodge blame is not the way.

Ironically, I’m still waiting on my refund.

I just went to get cookies with my coworkers and I was buying. The guy that was working the counter was not very friendly and rang me up for an extra cookie. When I told him that I just wanted to order 4 cookies, he got an attitude and was rude to me, which was embarrassing. My boss wanted to order 3 party parks and he said we couldn't get more than 2 because it's considered catering. My coworker had to go back in to order another pack, which wasn't a huge deal, but the way he presented everything he said was not the idea way to speak to paying guests. He could really benefit from taking a costumer service class. If he just doesn't like customers, maybe be shouldn't have a job working with them. Also, the cookie I ordered wasn't that great, so that made the whole experience even worse. ?
