Everytime I've tried to get gluten free cookies, they're out. Either they aren't making them, or they're getting ordered so often that they should seriously consider making more and adding more than just chocolate chip. People with food allergies like variety too ya know? The service is okay. Place is wayyyyy too small though. Very cramped and no space to wait for your order.

I ordered Insomnia through DoorDash and never received the cookies or any update from Insomnia. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this store if you look at other reviews. It’s unfortunate because I love insomnia cookies, but i won’t be ordering from this store again.

Good God they take forever! I did a DoorDash order and it took 42 minutes to prepare 8 cookies. Next the driver took 35 minutes to deliver them at the wrong house. Absolute clown show.

So at 6pm today we placed an order for cookies and they were suppose to deliver at 8pm and they still had not shown up after 20 minutes past 8pm. I tried calling the store and no one answered so it transferred me customer service. Customer service could not get a hold of anyone at the store, to find out the store is having staffing issues and is not even open but it does not state that on their website and still lets you order. I am pregnant and really love their cookies, but now we do not have cookies and I could cry ?

My office orders Insomnia cookies fairly frequently and this store gets our order wrong, delivers it to the wrong place or even not at all about half the time...Today they did not deliver and even their customer service could not get ahold of anyone at the store. It's unfortunate because the cookies are good but the service is completely unreliable.
