Should be zero stars, ordered a 16 piece bucket of original recipe chicken only. Was informed they were short 3 legs and 2 thighs short would extra crispy be OK. Said sure, no problem, drove home 40 miles, opened the bucket, no extra crispy, paid for 16 pieces, only got 11. KFC deserves to go out of business!

Disgusting experience. I ordered a bucket of chicken for carry-out right before Christmas. As soon as the cashier handed me the receipt, an older guy brought out my order, which appeared to be pre-packaged and ready to go. When I got home and opened the bucket, it had an awful smell - like feces. I discarded everything and will never visit any KFC establishment again.

They never open the lobby on time . This is the one on Lafayette. Plus the manager is very rude especially over being there one minute early. The food proportions have went down next to nothing.

No ice???? All of the chicken was clearly old and microwaved, spent over $40 and a total of 5 bites were taken (me my wife and 3 kids.) We agreed amongst ourselves that this was the absolute last time we will ever go to kfc again.
