Should be zero stars, doors were locked at 1:30 in the afternoon. Apparently MAYBE the drive-thru MIGHT have been open. By this time, I didn't really care, why not put a sign on the doors to explain the situation. Went elsewhere, no wonder KFCs are closing everywhere.

I feel like I was overcharged. I ordered the exact same thing I always get and I was charged extra. Also my biscuit was literally smashed into tiny pieces in the corner of the box.

KFC as a whole is getting worse by the year. The one in north Terre Haute is horrible to the point that I don't even like driving past it. The location down south is much better but I can still feel a decline in their service too.

Ordered online and couldn't get inside the lobby because the doors were locked during business hours. A 10min wait turned into 30-45min because i had to get into a long drive thru queue. Hire some more people or something.

Just ate here and the food was not good cold fries and had a chicken sandwich it was so hard it was barely eatable..the biscuits was hard as a rock.

Messed up order. Told me to come back Managers boss refused to fix it. Wanted receipt, which I didn't have nor even get , I was willing to show bank account that I was there, they said that don't mean anything. Probably. Worse. Condition kfc. I have ever been to.

worst customer service i’ve ever seen… dude at the drive thru messed up our order 3 times and then when the lady handed us our food we said “we had a drink too” and she rolled her eyes at us like that was some sort of inconvenience. also gave us no silverware in the drive thru and chicken tenders were extremely small.

Food was excellent except the mac n cheese. It was terrible but the girl replaced it with another side so that was a plus! Very friendly staff!!

Didn't have any extra crispy chicken and no white meat chicken but didn't bother to tell us and let us order but husband noticed it was rang up as dark meat, original recipe and questioned it. Guy said "oh we have no white meat right now". Asked how long it would be, he didn't know then threw out "30 minutes at least".
We walked out. Not good customer service. Sadly, we had a good meal here a
few weeks ago at lunch that kinda redeemed a previous bad experience.
This restaurant is always dirty too. Don't even go to the restroom.
Probably won't be back to this one.

Service was okay and timely. Food was very low tier for the price. We paid almost 43.00 for a 13 piece family meal just to have the chicken bucket soaked in grease and the chicken skin so soggy that it was a rubber like consistency. Don't recommend. This restaurant could do better. Lacking is housekeeping and worker smoking outside near the drive through made me never want to go back. Highly don't recommend this KFC.

The lil older lady that took my order was the sweetest lady ever and the maintenance man (or whoever the man in the red shirt was) was helpful and very kind! The food was fresh and hot and tasted amazing!... but it seemed dirty. The bathrooms were awful, the pop machine needs cleaned. The floor could use a scrubbin. There was trSh and food in the parking lot. There was trash all on top of inside trash can. The counter seemed full of stuff and unorganized. But i understand places get busy and stuff happens. So they may be doing some work to it right now. Im not sure. So i wod still suggest stoppin in or maybe just go to drive thru. Because food is awesome and so are the workers. Thanks
