Placed our order at 5:50 and it said our order would be ready by 5:54. Went inside at said time and order wasn’t ready which wasn’t a huge deal however we did not end up getting our food until 6:27. Had we seen the inside of the restaurant before ordering we would’ve never ordered from there. The restaurant was very dirty. We also saw one of the workers waving a dirty broom around the food prep area. Extremely disgusting and we will NEVER be returning.
Well...in general the food is always delicious. The service, however, is hit n miss depending which young kids are working. Setup my pickup order for 6pm and when I got there at 601pm there were severe people waiting for their pickup...all because nobody cooked any chicken. Pretty good for a chicken joint huh?

Night shift is the worst management I’ve ever seen doors locked at 8 when says open inside till 10 I went there and no one was at the window so I sat there and waited a good 15 minutes there was people in there but nothing went there the second time same exact thing but this time I didn’t leave i turned my vehicle off and started watching some TikTok while i watched the people in side just stare at me after 25 minutes sometimes opened the window and took my order they messed up my order twice go home there was hair in my food please do not go here

I came here a few days ago there was no one around their speaker is broken so you have to pull up to the window no one ever came up to the window. I come back a few days later I’m waiting for about 30 minutes there all kids and they are just standing around these are the night shift kids when it keeps also if that says anything very very horrible costumer service something needs to be done honestly and they forgot one of my fries and didn’t get any silverware. And they forgot a biscuit I wasn’t turning around for that don’t recommend going to this one horrible horrible service

I tried to order the number 13 and after the ignorant lady on the speaker asked what side and i drink i want, i told her i wanted fryes and a mtn dew then she went hellen keller deaf mute on me for 10 minutes, then I drove away because I was tired of waiting for her to respond so I won't be back here again, what a bunch of BS!!!!

I recently visited this location as a DoorDash driver to pick up an order, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. At 10:00 a.m., when the doors were supposed to be open, the lobby was closed. I went around to the drive-thru, but the speaker was out of service. When I tried to call the phone number listed on Google Maps for assistance, I discovered that it had been disconnected since February. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of this restaurant.
It's unacceptable that they can't manage enough staff to open the lobby during posted hours, and it's even more frustrating that there was no sign on the door directing customers to the drive-thru. To make matters worse, the drive-thru itself wasn't functioning. This experience makes me question the operational standards of this establishment. As a potential customer, I have serious doubts about returning here. I genuinely doubt this restaurant meets the standards set by Colonel Sanders when he started KFC so many years ago. I can only imagine that this would have him turning in his grave. I wonder what his family would think about this restaurant if they knew how poorly it was being operated.

I had quite the lengthy experience here. Stopped in to get chicken to take to my mother in law after she got home from the hospital as she enjoys KFC & we wanted to treat her to one of her favorites. Also ordered a bucket to take home. There was 1 other customer. Several ordered, came & left. I waited 40 mins for this food. The staff was friendly & I enjoyed visiting with customers but went in due to the drive thru originally being full. That also came & went snd even it was empty. Once I got the food and arrived at my mother in laws, went to get out, picking up her box of chicken & her chicken fell right out through the bottom of the box as the box wasnt put together correctly. 🫣 The staff was friendly & the place was clean. And the chicken we did have was very good. We do enjoy KFC but if it werent for who ir was for, wouldnt of waited that long. For her I'd of waited longer but it did seem ridiculous for it to take so long with very few customers.

Sat in the drivethru at the window for about 20 minutes. Still currently here. The employee has proceeded to tell us one moment about three times now. Not sure what the holdup is.
Food was kfc at its best.,served hot and quick. Service was great. Friendly staff l. Unfortunately the restaurant itself is so dirty and uncared for it is gross. Every surface is dirty. Food on the floor, dirty from floor to ceiling. It’s a shame. It’s a nice big kfc but I was nervous eating there too filthy

Ordered my food through the drive thru.
My ordered included a biscuit but
I specifically asked for a biscuit and butter and honey. The lady told me that they no longer gave out butter because they butter the biscuits now. So I received my meal with no biscuit and several packs of honey. Tried to call and their phone has been disconnected.
The staff & Manager Adam were cheerful, helpful, & patient even though I was tired and just having a lot of day that afternoon. Customer service like that is unfortunately becoming more rare so it was refreshing to get it at an otherwise standard franchise place when I needed it on a busy day!
