Well...in general the food is always delicious. The service, however, is hit n miss depending which young kids are working. Setup my pickup order for 6pm and when I got there at 601pm there were severe people waiting for their pickup...all because nobody cooked any chicken. Pretty good for a chicken joint huh?

The staff & Manager Adam were cheerful, helpful, & patient even though I was tired and just having a lot of day that afternoon. Customer service like that is unfortunately becoming more rare so it was refreshing to get it at an otherwise standard franchise place when I needed it on a busy day!

Not really sure what the deal is with their chicken. It's just not right and not very good don't think I'll be going back. Especially for how much it cost. And it was not very clean either.
