Usually we don’t have an issue at this location, but tonight was terrible. The woman stocking the tea was rude and wouldn’t let me ask a question because she was listening to her air pods. She even held up her finger to tell me to wait a minute then walked away. I was telling my mother in law about it and she also had an issue with this same woman at the end of December. I’ll contact the store to let them know, but seeing as this is more than one person it’s happened to them I’m assuming it’s happening to others. The rest of the staff were great.

Just now!!! F*** YOU, KROGER!!!! Enough!!! Today, around 4:30-4:45pm was the second occasion your self-checkout employee came and stood directly by me while I checked out. She literally stood directly next to me because she thought, I'm assuming, from my tattoos and of color skin, that I was going to steal. She was in her 60s, old, shoulder length brunette, White woman, employee. She treated me like complete s****** She did not go stand by anyone else. All the self-checkout stations were filled while I was PAYING for my items. After I was done, paying, she LITERALLY walked away and started pushing carts behind the scanners. She was not monitoring the stations that were occupied at all because all the other customers were White and she just knew they don't steal. GUESS WHAT??? While she walked away after I paid, the fat white handicapped woman put groceries in her purse just as the employee walked away. That's what you all get!!! F*** YOU! YOU'RE A RACIST WHITE C*** B**** AND SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING EACH TIME. F*** MANAGEMENT FOR NOT TAKING ME SERIOUSLY, FOUR WEEKS AGO, WHEN SHE DID THE SAME THING!!! You DON'T HAVE A RIGHT TO TREAT ME THIS WAY just because I have tattoos and am of color. F*** you

They only offer self checkout after 7 pm. I watched an elderly disabled woman in a power chair struggle to scan her own groceries. Do not shop here this place is dirty the parking lot is filthy, and your definitely getting covid here

Kroger website repeatedly crashes while loading coupons. Keep getting "Something went bananas" message. I think this is deliberate, to keep customers from loading digital coupons. Am not pleased. Happens each time I try to load digital coupons to my card.
