Their south entrance off US 41 is poorly designed and damaged my right tire the night before Thanksgiving. Kroger accepts no responsibility for the damage to my tire, so I'm out $200 to repair the scrape to my tire.

Second review - They have not improved. Missing 1 bag of Ruffles potato chips and Kroger® Smoke Flavored Provolone Cheese Slices. Believe it or not, this is better than service from earlier orders. Then, they were out of the Townhouse crackers that were on sale for $1.99 with Ritz crackers. Fine, but I was charged full price for the Ritz crackers. Believe it or not, this is one of the better pickup orders that I have had. I only made it at Kroger (rather than Meijers) because I had $20 coupon. Obviously, it was not worth it. The pickup service is poor, but I did not call about the mistakes because the manager, Ryan has been awful. He is rude, maskless, and cannot properly train his employees. I will not return to Kroger.

I go into this location a lot because of its location lol. But the parking lot is a nightmare. So many handicap spots. What about the ladies with small babies in the winter and rain? They have to park so far back.

Asked for papers for a close friend's service dog, which is extremely illegal, and made her leave when she didn't have them on hand. Will not be returning to this location- EVER.
Fabulous grocery store with fresh produce and outstanding helpful staff. Meat products excellent and birthday cakes the best. Pharmacy staff wonderful and helpful.
