Amazing place with amazing people!

The staff is really friendly, coffee is great, the biscuits and gravy is phenomenal

I come through with my Yorkies and they are quick to offer pup cups. It’s a wonderful little gem on the north end of town.

Love this place, employees are always so nice and the owners are amazing! Food and coffee are awesome but you can’t top their caramel apple bear bomb! Best thing ever

The automobile drive through is inches away from the entrance. Our 6 year old stepped out the door and nearly got run over. Great coffee and environment, but it appears someone could get injured at this location.

Stopped in to get a hot chocolate. Drink was barely warm. Hence the name "Hot" . Personally, I probably will not go back for a hot chocolate that wasn't hot.

Bear’s Coffee was recommended by a local ISU student. We were impressed with the drink selection. Menu is a little vague & all food options are not easily seen or shown on menu. The bathroom was clean and smelled nice. There was plenty of room to sit.

Their social media manager (oddly enough their owner also) posted a video with their workers shaking their heads and walking away when they "have a customer that doesn't tip, even after they flirt with them".

I pointed out it wasn't funny and they responded, eventually getting more aggressive and making assumptions. Attached is a screenshot before either taking the video down or blocking me.

I question the logic of the owners business skills when they actively promote this type of behavior.

I hate to say this cause I don't like their business either, but go to Java Haute. The service is better, faster, and the workers are nicer.

FYI to the owner, since you wanted to make a point of it: I worked in the service industry for 11 years as a busser, server, bartender. I know the game. Very well. These are at ACTUAL restaurants, not a coffee shop with coffee shakers.

I always tip my servers, carryout, and batista when they give good service. If you wanted your people to be tipped so bad, maybe don't have your customers sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes (we were the third car back in the line) only to have our order get messed up anyway at the window. It's a wonder why you have had workers either no call/no show or walk out (yes we can hear your workers talking openly about this behind the counter)

Good luck to your business. I have seen your responses on here to negative posters. Can't wait to see your response to me. A lot of people read reviews before they go to a business, and also how their staff/owners treat customers.
