The guy who took my order was complaining about my accent on the phone when I walked in ( I'm from here so idk what accent he was concerned about) he got my entire order wrong but it was fine. I asked for some buffalo sauce on the side and the manager refused until I pointed out that the whole order was wrong and I wasn't asking for it to be remade. Food was good overall but definitely need more training on hospitality and take that kid off the phone.

I was disappointed in the ICB. Not only had the price been increased substantially but the bread was missing the seasoning. A mouth-watering expectation was quickly deflated into a flattened experience.

We ordered an Italian Cheese-bread, and it was raw. Dough was not cooked. Pizza was fine though.
Ordered on the app, went to store and got order from portal. Everything was correct and food was good. Order was ready when app said it would be.

I ordered ahead... they lost my orderI sat in there and waited ..... they lost my order AGAIN!I sat in there for an hour and is all I ordered was 2 pepperoni pizzas.1 other time I came in and placed a decent sized order they acted like it was an inconvenience. The girl taking the order went to get the manager/worker from outside he came in and started making the food, no gloves, without washing their hands. I asked her politely to have him please wash his hands. He got upset and when he walked to the front she said I'm sorry they had you do that. Please do not apologize for me when I was in the right.Little Ceasers used to be a great place to grab quick and easy pizzas and HAD great employees. Don't get me wrong they are.not all bad.Parking: Depends on day and timeKid-friendliness: Used to be.... they would give little kids a small bag of cookies
