The man that was working did very well by himself, made my food fresh for me and brought it to my car after I pulled forward. The two women that were working were standing outside the entire time I was there. Seemed like he could’ve used the help.

The salmon was slightly undercooked. The corn had 30ish dark brown hard kernels and the rice had a bunch of dark brown hard pieces mixed in with the soft rice. Also the fish sandwich is served on a hot dog style bun instead of hamburger style like the website shows.

Would give a zero if an option. Manager was rude and refused to serve us our $30 order because we wouldn't pull forward allowing her to lie about her drive times. (No one else was in line.) She insulted my boyfriend stating that "maybe you should work fast food" I'm sure she gets a bonus based upon drive thru times but it's a lie if they're pulling people up. We've both worked fast food and retail. We know how it works. She was unnecessarily rude and is obviously a liar and isn't working up to what her managers think she is. The drive times are a lie! I understand food takes time and she was supposedly making it fresh and that's great, we didn't have a problem waiting for the food. We had a problem with pulling up and boosting her paycheck, when no one else was in line. I'm sure they don't share that bonus with their crew.

Needs remodel. Has been the same since I was a child. I'm 31. Jalapeno poppers. Panko shrimp need to make a return. Always has been one of the more expensive of the fast food chain restaurants. Food is unique to long John's in entire area not much like it. You can ask for the chicken naked and they'll cook it without batter which is much healthier , still cooked in oil , and still tastes good. Their chicken is by far the best quality food they receive. I used to work at the same location at 18 Y.O. was fired by long John silvers Facebook admin that snitched on me for releasing that they make the coleslaw in a trash can. Of course it's a trash can only for slaw but who's to say it doesn't accidentally get used as a waste can? That's f373ing gross. Not to mention the hush puppies sit as a paste, in a container around all of the action throughout the day. It's a sticky paste that if you don't keep the lid on anything in the air sticks to it and never comes out without being plucked out. Bugs, dust, pollen, grease, spit from speaking. if it doesn't all get used considering they make a considerable amount at a time it's saved for the next day. I found these two things to be the nastiest practices of the fast food chain. Other than that it was a tight* ship ?. Get it?! By the way "crumblies" are just oil filled chips of batter.

Just spent nearly $50 bucks on cold stale food french fries are awful and the rice taste like its a week old fish and chicken both look like it was fried in grease thats at least 6 months old ! Been over a year since we ate here and was hoping it would have improved but it has gotten so much worse I do not recommend !
