Don't know why it's taking me so long to review this place but everybody here is awesome. The service is great, the drinks are wonderful, prices affordable, and now they have food and the food is delicious. They also have fast service in the Drive-Thru which I think is rare for a neighborhood coffee shop to have. This is by far my favorite coffee shop in Terre Haute.

Love this café! I grew up in this neighborhood, but haven't lived in Terre Haute for over 30 years. I was delighted to discover the Loose Goose Coffee Company in the old neighborhood. Their Red Velvet is the best!! I highly recommend The Loose Goose!

Best coffee place in town the frozen loose mocha is out of this world and it's beautiful and cozy on the inside and the staff is just the friendliest. I'd give it a 10

A fantastic place for good coffee and great atmosphere. The Loose Mocha is absolutely amazing. Having an in house dog who is the sweetest thing ever is an added bonus.Kid-friendliness: My tween and two teens love it. They have a hot cocoa frappe so even the youngest who we try to limit caffeine with can enjoy the same experience as everyone else.

Ok, finally found a decent cup of coffee in Terre Haute! We had a White Mocha, hot, English Toffee Latte hot, three frozen Vanilla Creams and a large peach tea. Everything was very good. Coffees were rich and thick! The kids loved their Vanilla Cream. We loved the kids sized cups. The peach tea was not too light, not too dark. I was super impressed and can’t wait to try more items. Prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was super relaxed.

This spot gets a 5 because it is located in Terre Haute, IN. No offense and this is sort of a back handed compliment I understand. A spot like this would not survive in the cool metropolitan cities around the globe I have called home, but for "the Haute", I think this spot is spot on and great. Always attempting to avoid the large corporate coffee giants out there on the planet when I can (they don't need my money), my dad mentioned that there was a coffee spot on South 7th Street he has driven by a million times. He thought it was something I would enjoy checking out, for he knows how I feel about the corporate coffee giants and knows I like the lingering aspect of a great coffee house. Super cute space, lovely welcoming warm decor, in hues of eggshell blue I think, nice female baristas working the counter and the drive-thru, superbly clean bathroom and a seating area almost like a well appointed country kitchen/living space. High top tables with sturdy high chairs (my aging parents are happy to see and sit in these). Puzzles, magazines and room to work or simply chat, as my parents and I are doing this day. Coffees, frozen drinks, lemonades, some baked items....they have it all. Being just a coffee drinker, their coffee at 1pm this day was fresh, hot and decent (not decent like Cafe DuMond in the French Quarter of NOLA or anything, but this is Terre Haute and I find this afternoon joe offering respectable). Laughed at the humor of the company dog about the premises, but make note, no pets allowed. The owners dog allowed, but yours is not. LOL! All good by me, but humorous. I will return and happily give this spot a "Terre Haute 5 on Yelp," which is not a "Las Vegas 5 on Yelp," but a great coffee spot regardless.

We’re from Chicago and stop in town every few months to visit family. This is our preferred shop. We look forward to it. Significantly better than other shops and WAY better than Starbucks. I’m literally typing this as I’m heading there now ?❤️If y’all ever move to Chicago, we will be your first customers!

Regrettably, my experience at Loose Goose Coffee Company warrants only a two-star review. Despite ordering a hot vanilla latte with almond milk, a beverage I often enjoy, the flavor left much to be desired. The coffee lacked the expected richness and depth, falling short of the flavorful experience I anticipated.Equally disappointing was the customer service. The baristas seemed to lack the warmth and empathy essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Interactions felt transactional and detached, missing the mark on the personalized and friendly service that enhances the coffee shop experience. The drive-through, intended for convenience, was strangely ill-equipped to handle the flow efficiently. This resulted in a slow and frustrating experience, undermining the very convenience it aimed to provide. Additionally, the limited food options were a letdown, leaving me with few satisfying choices to complement my coffee selection. In essence, while Loose Goose Coffee Company may offer a variety of beverages, my hot vanilla latte with almond milk fell short of expectations. The lackluster flavor, coupled with subpar customer service, an inefficient drive-through, and limited food options, collectively detracted from the overall experience. There's significant room for improvement, and I hope they address these issues to elevate the quality of their offerings and service.

Very quiet and calm atmosphere. Trendy-ish enough for my teenagers to want to go to but calm enough for me to hang around and know out some work. I love the bulletin board with flyers and business cards from other local businesses. The service is always fast and friendly. The in-house dog is absolutely wonderful. He's such a good boy. The house special the Loose Mocha is one of a kind. I've had it hot, iced, and frozen and wasn't disappointed. They also offer fresh breakfast items and other treats. The no-bake cookies are a must try.
