Doordashed a double quarter pounder with bacon meal. My sandwich came SOAKED in ketchup my bun was falling apart and there was more onions and pickles than there was burger. Nice to know yall like to play with peoples food. YALL ARE TRIFFLING DISGUSTING

Put in a mobile order at 10:15am, got to the drive thru at 10:22am, took 15 minutes to get to the window and told me it was lunchtime so no food despite putting in the order well before breakfast was over. Got charged for it all too. Crap.

just went there a few minutes ago. the person at the first window took my card and gave it back with a receipt with the wrong order. we went to the second window and the person tried to hand us the wrong order and we told them we paid for wrong one. we told her what we ordered and another person came up told me the amount we owed. i said “yes we paid for the wrong thing”, and he said “no i said you owed $…”. we handed him the card. the lady at the window says “well you paid for a sweet tea too so here you go”, and handed us the sweet tea (that i didn’t ask for, but had to pay for). my friend repeated to the worker what we got again. she rudely said “maam i’m not dumb i can read thank you”, and continued to say stuff to us before we got our food. she rudely handed us our bag. mad over absolutely nothing. horrible service, your employees need to learn manners.

Every time I tried to order the guy at the speaker talked over me saying are you ready to order not giving me a chance to even speak when I said yes the guy ignored me to help the other. When I got my drink the lid was covered in coke soaking my hand.

Crap McDonald's. If you enjoy Macchiatos don't get one from this store. The one I ordered tasted like it has no coffee in it, wasn't sweet and tasted watered down. I order these every day so I definitely know a good one from a bad. I addressed the manager hoping she would make it right and failed. I left pissed with a garage coffee drink. I definitely WILL NOT be returning. What ever happened to a paying customer is always right and the customer should always leave happy?

Slow service. Fish sandwiches temp good but fries were cold. Order # disappeared from the display about 3 minutes before order was bagged and delivered at counter. Not much attention by staff to the counter for the customers needing help.
I stopped in for a bathroom break and smelled fries. Had to buy some. The lady at the register was so professional and kind. Great service! 👍🏼 bathrooms were clean. They had automated checkouts too.

Literally ruined my day. I ordered breakfast on the app. Been craving a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. Got there at 10:15. The line was short but took forever so I didn’t get to the speaker until exactly 10:30 so they wouldn’t give me my mobile order.
