I ordered 3 strips of bacon along with my order. First of all, the bacon strips were very small. Secondly, there was a long black hair in the box of bacon. I have red hair, therefore it was not mine.

Person taking orders was rude, they gave us stale unedible fries, when we went back in to get new ones they laughed about it and obviously knew they gave us bad fries. We went all the way home and then realized they also forgot our frappe, went back again and got it, and it was completely liquidy with almost no ice. I don’t know what was going on I’ve always had good experience with this McDonalds. Tonight was an absolute mess and a waste of 30 minutes and probably $30-35 I’ll never get back. We ordered a bunch of food for our kids tonight. Got home and only had a half of it so we called the restaraunt and told them and a nice man answered the phone and took our name and said he would replace our 2 McDoubles, 6 chicken nuggets, and small fries that we paid for and never got. Well we just pulled up and this rude woman came to the window and told us there's no male working and without a receipt they won't replace it. 2 different stories. So I guess the kids don't get their food tonight. Absolute jerks at this restaraunt. We'll never go back. The bag with the receipt was at home with the kids who devoured all the food we were given.

Receiving the incorrect order is a regular thing here. Some days the food is hot and fresh, others it mediocre so consistency is an issue.

A very unfriendly and cluttered store. The cashier didn't even get off their chair to take our order. The floors were dirty along with the restrooms. I don't plan on returning soon.

The guy at the register acted like we were bothering him or it was a hassle or inconvenience to have to take our order ,our Food was cold and a man stood by my moms car staring at her the whole time made her feel uncomfortable.

If I could give zero stars I would. The employees here suck. All they wanted to was talk talk talk. The manager Liz laughed at my fiancée when she was talking about customer service! And y'all want 15.00 an hour? Really I won't be back again. And might want to tell the mop guy to drop his attention. The dog stare don't work with me. I won't be back!!
