We ordered inside with the kiosk. I ordered myself a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese with light sauce and no tomatoes or pickles. My wife got two triple cheeseburgers, we got a basket of fries, 2 donuts, a drink and a kids meal to take home. Upon and receiving my quarter pounder it was covered in sauce, and both my wife's triple cheeseburgers tasted like they had been up there for a while and we're not hot. I went up to get a remake on them and the older female manager got an attitude saying they cooked the food to order. Which I highly doubt is true, when she asked what my sandwich was I told her a deluxe with light sauce no pickles no tomatoes and she said it didn't come with tomatoes. I didn't realize she had rang me in for a barbecue quarter until after the fact. Fortunately I managed to catch one of the cashiers to let them know. However that unfortunately did not help as they still made it incorrectly and I had to wait a third time for it. Even after the remake it was still coated in sauce and it seemed like they used the same batch of meat to remake the triple cheeseburgers. At that point we had had enough so we went to have the order canceled and the manager said that she had to have the food back, no issue, and that she needed the receipt. I informed her that the receipt was somewhere in the kiosk that it had never printed. So she asked what was on my order so she could find it in the system. She managed to get my order rang back in and I informed her the Krispy Kreme donuts we bought were both good so we were fine paying for those. I guess the Krispy Kreme donuts are almost $4 a piece because we only got back $28 out of the $36 we spent.
During the time that I was waiting on my remake another couple had ordered right after me and got 2 triple cheeseburgers made special. They ended up getting double cheeseburgers instead. They brought it to the manager's attention who took the sandwiches back over the counter. We then watched as they opened the sandwiches with their hands to add the third patty on to them. Fortunately the couple noticed and told them they would not take those sandwiches they wanted fresh ones made. I do not understand why they would take sandwiches back to the kitchen or handle them with their bare hands during a time when illnesses and sickness are going around.

Stopped doorbdashing fron this location because of a manager Helen. Randomly yelling at me through the intercom. So i went to the pickup window. Slid it open and asked who tf had a problem. She's since left this store and ruining my favorite late night spot mcdonalds on Wabash. 1st night there both workers I know well said she was evil. HELEN really needs some customer service training

Terrible drive through staffing ... Sat at the speaker for 7 minutes. Then tried to tell me off when I told them it wasn't working.0/10 staffing and service. Rest of the staff in the drive through were amazing and did a great job

So I ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese and 2 mcdoubles with cheese and low and behold I didn't receive any cheese on any of the burgers, is it really that hard for the people on the line to read the screen, I wanted extra mustard and only got ketchup instead, I've worked fast food before and it really isn't that hard, I was the only person in the lobby and had to wait 30 minutes for my food, mind you the food was already made and was sitting on the counter with my fries for 30 minutes getting cold, when I tried to call nobody ever answers, thanks for the cold nasty food that cost me 30$, I order fast food to eat it hot, not cold. Please do better and make sure employees are doing their job correctly

I went to mcdonalds at 2:30am and I understand it was late at night but I was the only person there and you are at work so why was my double quarter pounder with cheese raw literally uncooked in parts I picked this food up for The executive Su Chef of the casino after his long shift and he ate this much before realizing because he was tired. I come to this mcdonals every day in the day time for myself I have never had an issue the day shift is amazing so tell me please why I got raw food ?

It's fast food even fast food anymore. You order a simple fry and a large drink and it takes 10 minutes to get your order.... You stop and think maybe they're going to be fresh and that's what the holdup is but no.... So why does my order take 10 minutes when you look through the drive-thru window and see a minimum of five workers present. This is why I will not eat at 1 of these owners McDonald's again. We had a even worse experience at the new Rockville location. If you are a restaurant owner wouldn't you care about customer service and satisfaction... It's obvious these two don't or they're Google rating wouldn't be so low.

The person at the drive-thru didn't listen to what we wanted and we went back in to ask if we can get the thing we wanted and they said sorry we can't do that because something else on your receipt so they made us pay instead of just trading our Burger in
My mccrispy spicy deluxe was horrible meat was old and there was 6 little shreds of lettuce
