Was very disappointed in the male drive thru employee. I walked there to pick up my order off the app. I don't have a car, but since there was no customer in sight, I thought they would accommodate. Because I didn't have a car the employee would not let me pick up my order in the drive thru. I've done this before without any hassle. It just depends on the employee and if they are lazy and unaccommodating. It was a long walk for nothing. Simply heartless and lazy.

I’m not sure what her name is, but the woman on drive thru in the morning is the kindest person. Please give her a raise. She is wonderful. I try to tip her anytime I’m in the drive thru because she deserves it.

As McDonald's raises the prices, you might as well go somewhere else because it's almost as much if not more than going out and eating it net. Montana mike's or texas roadhouse. This is supposed to be simple, fast and cheap. It is not simple, fast and cheap any longer. It is too expensive for what you get. And you're still hungry after you've done spent ten bucks on a sandwich.

Go and order through the app. Which is fine but I’m checking and missing items I ordered. Kid at the window was not nice.
After placing a mobile order when I arrived I was told they were only taking door dash orders because they were short staffed. This happened at the McDonald’s on 46 no one has called or even given me a refund. Pay your employees more because this is absolutely ridiculous. They can make door dash orders but not orders from their own app. The franchise owner is an absolute joke heed my warning don’t use this McDonald’s EVER. I’m marking dinner and take out in this review but I DID NOT GET ANY OF MY FOOD AND THE EMPLOYEES MIGHT AS WELL OF TOLD ME TO GET THE HELL OUT. They offered nothing to compensate and they wouldn’t cancel my order so I could place an order at a different McDonald’s absolute unacceptable. So thanks McDonald’s for taking my money and leaving my 9 year old hungry .

Ignored inside trying to order food, they only focused on drive-through. North entrance/ exit door was inoperable, and an employee or manager interviewed someone and could hear conversation that he had thought of suicide and what he was doing for that. I had to walk all the way around building to get to the vehicle to get into drive through, since ignored inside and finally treated well. I did not order food at this point but ordered for a coworker per original plan. I will never go to State Road 46 McDonald's again.

Very bland chicken sandwich and cold, and the fries were as well. Difficulty in opening the stupid, disgusting sachets. I have learned my lesson. I will go to Wendy's from now on. Really wanted a shake, but as usual, it was broken down, so out of service

This location is terrible. They always have issues and can never serve food early in the morning. There is always some excuse. Why are you even there and open if you can never serve food at 5 AM.
