The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I was told by a staff member I could not get my free food after using a coupon online I had to wait 15 minutes. If that was the case the app would not have given me the code.

i sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes along with two other cars and finally decided to just drive around and see if anyone was inside because there was no one taking our orders, when i look inside all the workers are standing and talking by the front and ignoring the growing drive thru line

Ordered a lemonade with no ice, as well as my two smaller children's food. Upon getting to the window where they hand you your food. I was given a large(which i didn't ask for, but was charged for it) cup of lemonade, but only half of the cup was full. I asked for the manager, and she explained that they pay for the food cost and that she would have to reboot the machine to give me a full cup of lemonade. I asked her if she thought this was fair, and she replied, "No." I asked her what happened to the customer being right... she replied, "I don't know." I shook her hand and drove off. I got home and went through my kids' food, and half of their food was not in their boxes. I live 20 minutes away from this restaurant, I was not turning around. But, I will be speaking with the daytime manager. I truly believe that these large corporations have forgotten that "we" the customers are the reason they are here.

The shake machine is always not working! I'll just pull out of the drive thru at that point.
My husband went in on lunch and only got a single patty when he ordered a double quarter pounder he had no time to go back since it was his lunch break plz double check your orders
I don’t often eat inside McDonald’s for several reasons. As soon as I stepped into the restaurant, it felt like I was walking on oil; maybe it’s the coating they use on that type of floor or perhaps the cleaner. I should mention that it had been raining, which might not have helped the situation.
My family and I ordered at the self-service machine, which was fine, but the receipt didn't print out. My sister informed the manager about the issue, but they didn’t seem to care. When we received our food, the fries were hard and not warm at all, though the rest of the food was okay.
Later, I decided to get a mocha frappe. I went to a different ordering machine, but this time it just gave me a blank receipt. When I finally received the mocha, it was watery, and the ice wasn't blended well, causing it to get stuck in the straw.

Got down the road and realized they left out my fries AGAIN! Then I had to drive back and believe it or not, the small fries they gave me were cold!!!
