If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely pitiful service. Rude staff. I very politely asked 3 different people for assistance when my receipt wasn’t printed. I was ignored by each one. The manager on duty was yelling and very openly distressed in front of many customers. Unprofessional, even for McDonald’s

I came in with my buddy the lobby was a mess no wet floor signs and I almost slipped 5 times. There was crumbs all over the tables and groundover the, tables not wiped down. Not to mention I went to wait for our cups and they just argued about whose job it was to help people in the lobby. I ordered a triple cheese with extra diced onions and most the onions were on the paper and outside the stale bun

The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I was told by a staff member I could not get my free food after using a coupon online I had to wait 15 minutes. If that was the case the app would not have given me the code.

i sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes along with two other cars and finally decided to just drive around and see if anyone was inside because there was no one taking our orders, when i look inside all the workers are standing and talking by the front and ignoring the growing drive thru line

Ordered a lemonade with no ice, as well as my two smaller children's food. Upon getting to the window where they hand you your food. I was given a large(which i didn't ask for, but was charged for it) cup of lemonade, but only half of the cup was full. I asked for the manager, and she explained that they pay for the food cost and that she would have to reboot the machine to give me a full cup of lemonade. I asked her if she thought this was fair, and she replied, "No." I asked her what happened to the customer being right... she replied, "I don't know." I shook her hand and drove off. I got home and went through my kids' food, and half of their food was not in their boxes. I live 20 minutes away from this restaurant, I was not turning around. But, I will be speaking with the daytime manager. I truly believe that these large corporations have forgotten that "we" the customers are the reason they are here.
