Placed an order online for pickup. When I got my order, there was no queso, which I paid for, no salsa, the lettuce looked iffy, the chips were stale and worst of all the food was cold. Went through a lot of traffic to get there and pick up my order. Will not be ordering again 😒

Steak burrito. All the food, with the exception of the chips looked days old. My steak was cold, and I mean cold.this is the worst burrito ive ever had, i would have been way better off going to taco bell. Idk how this place has a 4.1 rating, and I'm still trying to figure out how it's in business at all.

Not a place to come if you eant to eat cold food that is supposed to be hot or at least warm!!! HEALTH DEPT needs to check the temps in their pre cooked meats!!

I’ve ordered delivery twice from them. Both orders were not what I ordered. The first order was nachos. They didn’t include the sour cream or salsa. The second order was worse. Tacos with no cheese no lettuce no sour cream or salsa. Both orders were around $17 dollars. I will never order from them again.

We go to moes about once a week. It's one of our favorite places. We went for lunch today in between Dr. Appointment and the younger girl taking the orders was less than desirable. Not only was just below average on friendly, but her savings were well below the usual as well. Like I said we frequent moes (this Location) and have never walked out disappointed in the burritos. The manager/owner was great as always and offered assistance and additional chips but the portion on the burrito was Terrible. Honestly they put double the meat vs. The rice and the rice is more why we go..... very disappointed this time....

It was my first time there. Went with work friends for carry out. I had a burrito bowl. It was ok, nothing special. Getting chips and the salsa bar was nice, though. Doubt I'll go back on my own. The store was nice and clean.

Bought chicken burrito. Chicken had raw pieces and was cold inside. Took food back and was denied refund. In broken Arabic they said they couldn't refund. Horrible place. No manager.

Was some of the best burritos I had ever had in my life. Was clean, food was fresh, the service was spectacular....
Now EVERYTHING is the opposite. The food was in the warmer WAYYYYY past it's prime, the restaurant was dirty and for no reason considering I was the only customer, and the service was unprofessional and rude.
I'll never come back again, and it's a shame I really liked the owners.

Stopped into moes yesterday for the first time ever dining in. Ordered a "moe meat mo cheese" bowl and asked for it to be made just with the ingredients listed.
After I was at the checkout, the guy working stated "for some reason I hate the way you ordered this" And I was taken aback as I don't recall asking his opinion on the food I was ordering. As I was walking away he asked if I wanted my chips. I had no idea he had a bag of stale tortilla chips for me. Overall rude service from whoever the guy was.
As for the food, the portion was extremely small. The steak was burnt and tasted like beef jerky. Restaurant was dirty, especially around the coke machine. For 18 bucks I guess I expected more. Probably won't visit this place again.
