Cold outside and cold inside restaurant. In winter, I want heat in a restaurant. In summer cool temperatures away from Indiana heat outside. Last two times at local Outback, a coat was needed to stay semi warm! Food is good and service is good, but no one should need a coat to dine. I know it can be tough to regulate temperatures, but a review of the temperature inside is overdue. Whenever the doors open, the cold air swirls throughout. Many customers sat with coats or sweatshirts/sweaters. We requested a different booth as first felt cold air around shoulders and around legs. Second booth better, but still cool. We ate quickly to leave due to cold temps. When I grabbed my coat to leave, the lining inside of the coat was COLD from sitting next to me.
I ordered the mixed veggies—delicious—especially as limited carrots in serving (they turn to sugar when cooked—a no-no for a diabetic —, but the water the veggies were cooked in was under my chicken and the veggies. Find a small bowl for veggies that swim in their cooking water. It would make the plate better! Outback #515, 2/19/2025.

Service was ok. Steak was horrible. Ordered a med well porterhouse. It was raw and really just a terrible cut. Baked potato, salad, and mac n cheese were decent.

Very disappointed order steak and shrimp for dinner with a salad potatoes and a blooming onion Togo picked it up as soon as it said it was ready blooming onion was a soggy mess didn’t even eat it didn’t get the steak sauce didn’t even get butter for the bread you’d expect spending the amount of money you do that you’d a good meal

First time going to Outback in my 40 years on this rock. Started off good with the famous Blooming Onion. Straight fire. My wife had Steak and Shrimp Alfredo and it to was fire. Then came mine. I had an 8 oz steak with Chicken, Vegetables, and steak fries. Everything was good till I got to the steak, which I had requested to be cook to Medium. The steak however came out very rare. The waitress then took it back to have it finished. It came back more charred on the outside, however it was not cooked inside any different then first time I had seen it. The server did get my meal taken off per her request. It wasn't her fault, hell, i felt bad she had deal with it.

My server was Kasey she did an amazing job we was a big group. Everything was how we wanted it. We didn’t have to ask for refill she stay on it with a smile and a positive attitude the whole time!!

My wife and I made a first time lunch visit to this Outback on January 17. Debbie was our server and did extraordinary work serving us and at least 7-8 other tables! Mr Outback, hire more servers!! For starters, the bread was great! I ordered the lobster tails with steamed mixed vegetables and loaded mashed potatoes. The lobster tails were extremely over cooked! They were like rubber and the butter they use to put on them was disgusting! Also, the loaded mashed potatoes were cold! Lastly, I did end up ordering a bowl of French onion soup and it was amazing!
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING THE LOBSTER TAILS. HUGE WASTE OF $32 FOR A MEAL!
