Great food as always but the service was definitely not up to par as expected with previous visits. The server (Kasey)definitely had other things on her mind, having to ask several times for a couple things that were missed from our order. What is unacceptable is, we gave her our debit card and she returned to the table with our check but there was no copy to sign. When we asked she said we did not give her our card yet which we clearly did. She then reached into the back pocket of her jeans and pulled out our debit card and then said "oh my brain is a little foggy right now". TOTALLY unacceptable to have a customers debit card in her back pocket up next to her personal cell phone.1. Keep debit cards in PLAIN site our card does NOT belong in the pocket of your jeans2. Maybe don't come to work stoned

We stopped in last minute for lunch, a group of 5 + a child, we were taken care of and the wait was very minimum. Our food was delicious and we all agreed it may have been the best Outback experience we've all personally had!

My husband and I go to the outback every so often for date night. We love the food and the atmosphere. I know in this world we live in today that not a lot of people care about how you are treated and tonight it showed with the service from our waitress. If the owner's in this corporate world cared they wouldn't just say sorry to every complaint with the same text. They would go in and fix the problem ? let's just see if we get the same sorry
My wife, I and two kids went here today it was dead as can be with one family in there. We sat and waited over 20 min. While waitresses came and went to the other family who was there first. We were right next to them but they never once ask us anything or checked on us, it was as though we were invisible, my kids are 3 and 4 so I assure you we are anything but invisible too. We waited and waited and waited, another couple walked in and immediately got waited on we still sat there... until they got their drinks and appetizers. Then we grabbed our kids informed the kid at the door (who was leaning up against a wall on his phone) of what happened and that we will never come back and we will do our best save others from this type of treatment as well. We went to Long Horn right down the road and it was soooo much nicer, cleaner, friendlier and more professional. Plus the food was amazing!!!!!

Hostess was unfriendly. Bathrooms were filthy. Ordered medium rare steak, kitchen sent a well done steak. One order was completely wrong. Waitress was overworked and overwhelmed. Overall a frustrating experience.

I went to Outback at 6:30 pm on a Thursday and ordered the prime rib. They were out. Server said they were out by 5:30 pm. Really. They have one job, just one. I’m in healthcare. I assume they will be ok if we run out of pain meds after the first two patients?? Didn’t eat. Sat and watched wife eat. Experience was epic fail.
