I enjoyed lunch today :) Harvest Medley salad so fresh and flavorful with a cup of butternut squash soup. Hazelnut coffee was prepared fresh tasted divine.

Went thru the drive thru today (Sept 13th) around 2:25pm the woman took my order when I drove around there was a car at the pick up window. The tanned young girl at the window and the blonde girl in the car was carrying on a conversation. The girl in the car was showing the worker her cell phone as I could hear part of their personal conversation. I waited behind this car for at least 5 minutes as they carried on. I thought she was waiting on her food to be made. But NO after they got thru she drove off as I sat in line she was NOT given any food or either she had it before I got behind her in line. This worker had little regard for others waiting in line as they both were more interested what was on the cell phone! As much as I love the sandwiches I will NEVER go to this store.

I had lunch there today! I have the choose two which is always my favorite. You cannot pick on item when they have so many yummy options. I ordered online so my time going through the drive through was fast. When I signed up on the app I got $5 off or a free bakery item.

$14 for a cold breakfast sandwich (supposed to be warm) that was missing the egg, and the worst tasting smoothie I’ve ever had. Congratulations, I ordered two items and they were both wrong/bad.

Tried a new soup, it was GREAT!! Lots of dirty tables. Friendly customer service.
Went through the drive thru, ordered food and waited at the window forever to be told “oh we can only take cash. They should’ve told you when you ordered”. No they did not. Complete waste of time when we’re from out of state driving through.

Title: It costs $0 to be kind… Dined in, ordered a drink with our meal. Stood at the counter where a elder lady was working and instead of saying “May I help you?” Gave us a filthy stare instead. Gave us a short answer, instead of just offering a cup from where she was standing in front of a bunch, made us go ask someone else for a cup.
