Pizza was ready in 11 minutes tonight! Looked like they were fully staffed and the employees were very helpful, friendly, and polite when we picked up our order. I was served with a smile. Very impressed and will be back!

I received my order not from a Papa John’s delivery employee, but from a dirty woman in shorts and flip flops. Not taken from a hot bag, but from a back seat ( directly) which I presume is as messy as the person who brought it. I called Papa John to request that door dash never brings my food again. That’s not possible unless I call to order and ask. So no online ordering, no discounts, no papa cash.

Placed an order at 5:30, they sent it through doordash and at 6:28 it was cancelled.. so I ordered from a different restaurant on doordash and papa johns delivered my food at 8pm when my order was already canceled. They apologized for my wait but when I opened the box everything was cold like it had been sitting out for over an hour. Now they’re offering a 50% discount on my next order instead of a refund.

It's Papa Johns. You either love it or hate it. I haven't had any issues lately but when I have had issues, they fixed them right away. Can't complain.
