Ordered the family deal. My pizza ? had no Alfredo sauce on it as ordered. Pizza was dry. Paid extra for sauce for dipping. No sauce. Wings were gross lemon pepper hot wings. No sauce for pizza. Wild work. The sauce on the new lemon ? pepper ? wings was just not right.

Me and my husband ordered papa johns just for them to use doordash for the delivery. This is very upsetting yall should warm me so I can not order . I expect a resterant employee.

I would have never ordered Papa Johns if they were just going to send a door dash driver ! my husband and I are very upset. I expect an employee of Papa John's because door dash drivers usually have dirty cars and are unregulated !

Ordered a large pizza and cheesesticks last night. Food arrived cold. After placing my order and it was made, my order switched to doordash delivery. I never wanted nor asked for this. On the order tracker, you could clearly see the driver doing other stops across town which made my estimated delivery time rise by 20-30 minutes from what it was before. (This is after leaving a $10 tip to drive less than a mile, which was like 45% of the total)
Due to the low pay of these 3rd-party apps, a majority of them will "multi-app" and run uber eats/doordash/grubhub/whatever else at the same time to increase their earnings, which results in longer waits and cold food.
They do have the "quality guarantee" available, but whats the point if they are just going to dispatch it again through doordash?

It was fast and on time. We ordered the Philly ,the Cheeseburger and the Ultimate pepperoni with the parmesan garlic bread sticks and a small cheese. All I have to say is that they were all amazing. It feeds a family of six and some left over. I will never order from any other pizza place.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
