Penn Station East Coast Subs

Stopped in to get dinner right before they close it says they're supposed to be open till 9:00 p.m. and still have the open sign on The people in the back walked away when they seen me outside, pitiful.

I'm very angry right now! My order was over $45+ so I expected it to be right. I ordered 2 large lemonade, got 1 and it was 1/2 tea and 1/2 lemonade. So, already short 2 lemonade. Husband called and the drinks are being credited to our account. But then I opened my sandwich, supposed to have EXTRA peppers- I have 3 total! This has been a huge fail at everything, and out the money too!

I usually love Penn Station and their cheesesteaks are my go-to but today’s experience was super disappointing. My sandwich had a ton of these hard white pieces all throughout it. I have no idea what they even were, but they were so tough I couldn’t bite into them at all. Totally ruined the meal. Really gross and not what I expect from a place I normally enjoy. Hoping this was just a one-off mistake, but it definitely made me lose my appetite. But the cheese bread was good, thank goodness I got that as well.

Stopped in for lunch with my fiance and 3 year old son. The woman that initially took our order was nice and it was by no means busy. The tables in the back are too tall for our son to safely sit at so we opted for a booth. Unfortunately the only one that wasn't in the hot sun or occupied (there was a small group of gentlemen at the other and the only other table our son could sit at was also occupied plus another that my fiance wouldn't have been comfortable sitting) had baskets and trash on it.
That, however, wasn't the main issue. My son spilled his drink which was on the table and floor. Long story short while I was trying to soak up the lemonade my fiance went to ask for some paper towels and tell them it needed mopped. The young man at the counter gave him a WET towel out of their sanitary buckets for a wet mess on the FLOOR. As someone that used to work in fast food, I do not think that follows proper food safety. There was even a nice gentleman there that spoke up for us and tried to tell this other young man that the table with trash on it just needed cleaned off and that we had a young child in a very hot booth. It ended in the nice gentleman ended up being the one to clean it and later on the young man, the worker, cleaned the table and then just dry swept with a broom over the still damp area rather than cleaning it. Mind you, it was absolutely not busy. We will not be returning to this location.

I was disrespected by a staff member when I asked for help and he laughed about it and others were too when he joked about it then i cussed him out for it and almost got into a fist fight with him in the parking lot I will not be a repeat customer here!!!!!!!!

I got myself a large philly cheese steak sub and it was so delish it was the best one I've had, Outstanding!

I am very disappointed. The so called manager was rude. I was given half hot half cold fries they were also ends and pieces that were leftover from previous orders.
When I asked about it I was told it's because of small potatoes. Oh really? The offer of making more was there but the manager was short with me and rude.

We got two Philly cheese steaks and they was one of the best sandwiches I ever had. Richard made them perfect and he always has a great attitude. Thank you we will be back. The Welty Family.

Most people are in the subway I wholeheartedly believe Penn station should be visited buy way more people. I recommend the steak and cheese

Steak meat had no flavour. Barely any meat.A lot of onions and pepper.need a fishing rod to find the meat.pizza sauce and mustard on a Philadelphia steak sandwich!! .2 bites and I couldn’t take it anymore.
I guess shrinkflation.
Oh and it’s expensive.
For that price , I could get a mixed hot of the grill Fajita .

The menu special, the posted special, and the special orally told to me all had conflicting prices. Very frustrating and almost walked out. I got something else instead. Average sandwich.

Bathroom out of order, open utility closet right by where you have to order.

First time here, and I had the Grilled Classic Italian sub. It was very delicious. Had a combo that included a small sub, 🍟 and softdrink. Didn't care for the fries as it was toasted.

I have never had a sandwich that had as little flavor as the cold italian sub I bought here today. The fries are horrible too.
